3 Weeks now no answers no help?

    Hey my char name its Bladez i play lumiel and i have donated a lot of money to the server lately.. now i had a problem with 2 items i bought.. trustsony was supposed to help me but i cant get a hold of him.. i already Mailed Admin.. got no answers... i think someone could help me here??? I bought 2 wrong items by accident and now i need assitance.. its been like 3 weeks and im still in the air.. just waiting..DO NOT POST HERE IF YOUR NOT STAFF OR HAVE SOME ANSWERS TO HELP... THANK YOU..

    agreed, its not their fault. also, people tend to use this a lot when they get bored of a char and wanna switch their gear for another. if ur so much into donating, get urself VIP and trade it for gear u actually like

    she is ex staff and tbh her answer is accurate

    I have all the gear i need this 2 pieces i accidently bought.. and i explained to sony and gave him all the proof he needs.. i have abg set , i have vip and everything i need for the char i play.. but this 2 items i bought was an accident and trustsony said he would help me but i cant seem to get him since it looks like we got different GMT.. ALSO i dont need to lie to get other items.. i just dont wanna go spending 40 dollars...in 2 shitty items that i bought by accident.. if i donate and still will.. i expect some sort of help when something like this happens... i know its my fault but this was the first time i ever did this and im also new in the server itself...

    besides the fact that they werent even lost, he still has them. u dont even have to pay more money, u can vote for new gear or VIP to trade it

    u just said u have VIP, go trade the gear on the forums, people do it a lot

    btw there r several thousand players who could do this "the first time", imagine how much work it would be if they did that for everyone

    It'll be a bit hard for the staff to help you with your situation because it was a human error committed on your behalf when you purchased the items. Although staff members can understand that human error do occur, it's almost impossible for them to determine that they were the wrong items and not that you intentionally purchased them and then figured you didn't want them.

    Now, I'm not accusing you of anything, I'm just pointing out reasons why you might have not gotten a response yet from TrustSony or from the Admin.

    As daax said, the best thing would be to try and trade those items for the ones you're looking for.

    You may also try to contact a head GM for an advise. Try contacting Alente, he's pretty reliable but just know that the staff members can't always help, so don't get cranky if he can't help you either.

    lol omg ppl keep posting crap here .. nobody gives a clear answer... its there a section where i cant be spam by a bunch of smarties??? seriously this its ridiculous this section should not be a conversation.. i want assitance not asking anyone to talk to me and explain to me that it was my fault.. so if you guys are done spaming this post .. please GTFO this section... i want someone intelligent and part of the staff to tell me off not some losers that think they so smart talking back to me..

    as far as i can see, an AM already said he agrees with daax (who is ex staff). as such, you have in fact been given a clear answer. you just choose not to accept it. that is your own problem
