too many mails stuck

    currently i have a friend that hes char is stuck for months now... he told me once that he has so many mails send by unknown people and never deleted it.

    any solutions for this?

    check the update news, this problem should have been fixed in the recent update. tell him to try login again. if that doesnt work, he should email carl so he can get him unstuck manually (or pass it on through an AM)
