    ~~crit is suppose to go thru parry and block .. WoS and shield of faith doesnt even 100% block/parry an attack in retail~~ Crit still goes thru it..

    Blocking and parrying doesn't eliminate the crit, nor does the crit land without any problem either. You end up with a "blocked crit" that's all. (Last I checked anyway, and that was last week)

    Block is capped at 50%* Meant to be anyway, not sure if it is here or not

    Either people are slotting a crapload of accuracy, or crit is bugged when it comes to blocking / parrying.

    "In 2.5 block will be checked before parry, meaning each enemy attack will need to pass through a block test (max 50% chance) and a parry test (max 50%)."
    "I'd like to note that I want to use the full set for the block + parry on the pieces and then slot so that I hit a high enough block cap and high enough parry cap so that almost every incoming hit is a block or parry. I bet our mitigation will be much nyerking better in 2.5 now that block gets checked 1st."

    yeep i notice that too..
    i wear masta lether set full MR for pvping with sorc last night.. i got 2.3MR but i still got 3K++ critical damage from that sorc.. whew.. hope it will be fix latter :p

    A lot of people are, admittedly using MA... but I don't think that many.

    I can deal with sorcs/sms... but the gladiators stumble and huge damage and eberyone and their grandmothers great aunt Prudence being a ranger.... its too difficult to survive anymoare T_T;

    Yea, the gladiator knockdown rate is pretty bad, but I will go in and figure out which passive it is that does it. (Thinking it's the 4th one for knockdown rate increase)

    /agrees with you though, the knockdown rate is insanely high. >.< Even in the air, you can't get up if the glad is running scrit scrolls + food + full crit gear. .-. You can forget about getting up, grab yourself a cup of tea and watch your death is all I've been able to do.

    Being a templar with UD, I've run into a glad with that setup, 18k hp, 2 min fight, and I spent most of it on the ground +.+
