    Every time I use a skill he says the following : you are not ready to use that skill, is unplayable, what is my problem? or all just happens? delay in the skills or what?. I've played the retail and of course never give this problem, I hope it is just a bug and not another shit. Video :

    or you are far away from target but u are near him specialy ranger problem.

    sometimes its due to lag too, at least in my case but its not like all the time, it just happens occassionally

    dude the delays is your connection to the server lag. I used to have it back in the day, brother downloading porn or something lol. Its your connection thats all, it should go away.

    well guys u maybe aren't playing ranger but before last update anything changed and my ping is still same so i don't think '' You are far away from target ''(when i'm near him) is problem from my side

    There is not a lag problem, I have no ping, i send a video here so you can see the skills to initiate failure, stun fail and rupture fail.

    Seriously what the ****. Nobody is even looking up this problem? Is it only happening to a few people? I have T1, this is not related to my internet connection speed. You don't get that much lag within a 50ms server response time.
    This bug is retarded.

    same problem here...... i play with ranger and there is a lagg between skills.....
    before update all was fine , but now there is a problem
    my ping is 70-100
    this has nothing to do with my ping (always the same ping).......

    I have this problem on my SM as well since 2.6, I get a huge delay until I can actually cast Erosion or Remove Shock, it's totally unplayable in 1vs1 for me atm o_O

    Yeah I've been having this problem as well. I have 40 - 70 ping and I keep getting this "You are not ready to use the skill yet."
    Right now I'm not able to play my toon like I used to before the update.
