Problems with donate

I paid using paypal donate and bought 2x $ 100 and 1x $ 50, $ 250 (25k credits) in total on the day (19 july 2011)
I received the email confirmation of payment from paypal donate 3x
12hrs after I CrystalAION checker in my account and saw that the credits received by donation, but I got only $ 50 (5k credits) by donation.
before making the donation I calculated the points to buy abg warhammer, abg shield, abg armor set, abg jewelry set and lucky wings.
but these points only just managed to buy the abg warhammer, abg shield and abg headband.
would like the donation part of the responsible check it.

i have 4 days waiting my ****in 100 dlls 10k credits from super rewards and mailing carl all the time and i got nothing....im very angry now ;/

 

first of all you need a picture as proof, then am to report to heads and finally heads to report this to carl

 

which payment method you've used to donate ?

- direct paypal
- payment wall

i used super rewrds on monday and now it doesnt exist im very angry i cant take photo of anything in going to cal to merican exprees if they can give me my confirmation or something then cuz this sucksmy wife didint recieve any mail ......

 

I opened the first page of CrystalAION and made my login.
Then click on the donate button which is on the menu.
Then click on the Get Credits on the part of the Super Reward.
After that choose to pay via Paypal
And I made the payment as stated in the first post.

your payment probably got held by super rewards fraud system for review, try clicking the "Get help" button on the super rewards page for support / inquiries

i got $150 in credits of total now
and i need $100 of credits cuz still pending

 

I still have not received my 10k credits.
how i will donate more?
I want buy 1 more ABG set and i want buy the credits by paypal!
With PaymentWall max is 1k credits (to lowwwww!)
I cant buy credits by Super Rewards!
I have other option?

 

Western Union is the only other donate option on Crystal.

 

how can i donate more with super rewards? i dont have option to payment at super reward cuz my donation still pending >.>
