    i dont think so cause i've never been online today, honestly i play only in shops but when i try to play in my laptop this is what happen, well thanks anyway

    Launch Ncssoft and repair aion, when finished reinstall gamez aion launcher. This should solve your problem.

    Or..if everything else fails,... try download OTBuildClient32 manualy and overwrite the file.
