Is stormwing available to beat ?

    I tried many times already. I heard some people say u dont need to do any quest, just go and kill Isbariya the Resolute then you'll get the access to beat stormwing. But everytime I try, it always say I need to do something first in order to visit stormwing. Do I need to do some quests or kill some bosses or something else?

    Well, in oder to do this quest, you need to finish some quests first right? Following this web Get Keyed for Stormwing , I start to do this series of quests. But the first quest need us to beat "Hanarkand Quartermaster" which is a monster that I cant find !!!! I used the map search function and the location the map showed me, there's no such monster !!!!

    You can find that mob in front of the Silentera Canyon Entrance. he walks back and forth. You will se him in the middle of 5 or so mobs walking with him. He's very annoying when trying to enter the canyon.

    The point is that I cant find the mob @@ in front of Silentera Canyon Entrance. Is this only happend to me? Others can find this mob ?

    YES, Hanarkand Quartermaster is not there !!!! Therefore we cant start the quest-------> cant visit stormwing !!!!!!!!
