    Mmmm its kind of a defeated feeling when you have him rushed to the OR again to get pieces of metal from when he was shot taken out.

    Defeated, but I want to punch something. Have been doing that most of today actually. Logged on for a trade and then wandered a bit, tried to pvp... wound up quitting playskool for some pointless thing that didn't rly matter o_O; and then going back to it.

    Sadly, the bag doesn't scream and cry as much as I'd like it to =/ but if I didn't feel bereavement I'd be abnormal =)

    Lolz. IRL I am sure people are scared I would stomp on them, that I am a callous, cold hearted mother****er who walks in does the job and walks out... no weakness... but in reality? Which I pretty much splash on here, mmmm... somedays I feel like the weakest man out of them all.

    Just feel useless, can't even help em. Thats probably the bigger issue about being a doctor, student doctor.. not even full doctor yet, not being able to touch those you love.

    Freakings hurts :S.

    Wow, and here I thought it couldn't get any worse. Whoever said fear breaks on damage in retail is a moron. My sister's husband has a retail account. I'll definitely get to the bottom of this.

    It's obvious Evilset is getting ahold of borked information if not borking it himself... its pretty moot to do anything. At this point its almost obvious its deliberate.

    I mean, if I (or anyone else) makes another block, concentration or etc thread... it'll be insane lol.

    idk man... a templar with an EXTENDABLE is able to just crit on me, on every single attack, breakpower my ass for 4k damage
    and idk what gear he's using, 2.680 block is more than enough! because he's definetly not using accuracy

    also casting a 1s healing skill isnt possible when you keep getting stumbled or just hit regularly by aggro'ed mobs and...oh **** me.. i accidently looked at your sig ageis. gg.

    Gladiators can be beaten, but even 1 vs 1 if they so much as get onto me... I am down for an entire 30 seconds unable to heal or get away.

    Its just riddonc lol.

    I found the culprit. Fear doesn't break on damage. But Fear Shriek and Insta Fear does when you use a skill that applies a slow debuff on the target. Skills like Chain of Earth and Blade of Earth. Watch out for these two skills when you use Fear Shriek. This is a common private server bug. It is not in retail.

    In retail you can use Chain of Earth and Fear Shriek just fine. However only Fear Shriek's slow effect is considered, Chain of Earth's slow effect will not stack. If the enemy is slowed before you cast Fear Shriek, it will be removed and the slow effect of Fear Shriek will override it and Fear will still take place.

    So the bug is that skills with slow effect cancel's Fear Shriek and Insta Fear. It shouldn't. It should not stack with Fear Shriek or Inst Fear, but it should not cancel it.

    Looks like Fear Shriek and Insta Fear is currently coded to break on every slow debuff. Hence other classes can break it too. Which is just ridiculous considering this is supposed to be the ultimate CC skill.
