Shugo NPC " Armanerk " ?

Hello everyone. I had search around the forum and can't seems to find someone who know's about this NPC.
I'm a amosdians and did I go to the correct NPC ? Anyone knows whether did Carls remove this NPC because someone in game told me he might had it removed.

Armanerk - Aion NPC - aiondatabase.com << " SS " said that it's 12.33a.m and " Comments " said that it's 6.30pm. I tried 2 times for each and waited at there for very long and can't seems to find it.

Armanerk - NPCs - Aion Database - aion.yg.com << said that it's in Panda.

Hope someone can help me if you knows anything about it and best is Carls didnt remove it and I wanna know the Location and Spawn time ^^

 

looking at what this NPC sells, are you trying to find the costumes?

just make an elyos char and buy it at sanctum. with the items.pak from uthi Working 2.5 Item Pak you can transfer it through your account warehouse.

but now it said I had amosdian character that I can't create a Eylos char. and must delete all amos char how to do the way you teach me ?

 

yeah.. you can't make an ely account if you have asmo.. so what to do??

 

SAD !! T.T I saw thread saying must cr8 a Eylos char before 2.5 came out. how am i even going buy that costume i want

 

Guess I had a plan. I will ask someone that had 2 race char to help me buy and i pay her/him more ^^
