fail to connect to server or you are disconnected to server

    i have trouble in logging in... while i click accept afterwards. it disconnects me or fail to connect to server said. whats this problem? is this ban?

    What were you doing before it started doing this?

    It may be that your account has got stuck, try requesting an unstuck and then wait until after a server restart to login :) If you try to login before a restart it will negate the unstuck request

    Alternatively try repairing your client (seems to fix a lot of issues)

    i was doing a hunt.. in gelkamaros then. my character got DC then after i try to log in it, it says that fail to connect or disconnect to the server. i try also to unstuck but nothing happens

    and are u sure that server is up atm? have you tried logging in with other account? if other account successfully logged in, then send unstuck and dont log in on your stucked account till server is not restarted

    yes the server is up.. but the problem is i always try to log in my account everytime, since i started to send a unstucked request..

    If you try to login after sending a request, if the server hasn't yet restarted, the request will be cancelled, so you won't get unstuck, just request, and wait, server restart shouldn't take that long :)

    Unstucks only take effect once the server is restarted. If you try to login before a restart after requesting, it will be deleted and you won't get unstuck. Just post a request then wait for a restart :)

    Wow buddy thanks for that information I already knew. perhaps you should read my thread. Unstucks have no effect on this issue.

    delete bin 32 then repair
    make sure u run through the launcher after updating
    or click on the link in my signature which says 2.5 freefly
    and try to follow that procedure
    because it will allow you to run the .bat launcher

    Non of those options work, i run my game with the .bat launcher normally, & i just repaired my client for the 3rd time a few minutes ago, but i'm still having the same issue :(
