about account

hi there guys! im a newbie player here in aion online..
and im facing a problem, about getting in the game..
when i run the client, and trying to logged in to the game,
it always say " ID or Password does not match (2) "
but im sure that i just created that account like 5 minutes ago.. someone help me please about this matter..:sad:

 

u didnt put ur password or id right...

 

i did put it right.. cause my username and password are all the same in all of my online games.. >.< idk whats wrong with it..

are u using the gamez launcher?

 

i've launched it using ncsoft.. cause that's where i've seen the launching.

really...this sucks big time... i can't figure out what's wrong with it..

 

You need to install the gamez launcher into your ncsfot folder. Then launch with the gamez launcher. If you use the ncsoft one, its connecting to retail aion in which you don't have an account. Thats why you need to do above steps

 

your password is to long like try to keep it bellow 8 letters..
i had this happen to me b4 >.< when i used a long username or pass

 

Have you ever tried to confirm the account in mail?
If you have already done so idk what's wrong ... :annoyed:

It is clear that using Gamez Launcher, but you could not even get ... :wink:
