Considering turning them all into glads to alleviate this issue.

I find myself inclined towards having these assassins demonstrate their "skills" for me ingame while running fraps to record their entire screen or perhaps even something like xfire live streaming.

Although I guess an ASPD cap of 1.5 would probably solve all my woes too. Well until the angry mob ninjad into my house.

Such a bother.

ASPD cap 1.5? LOL! my sin in retail uses kaligas dagger main hand and kaliga's sword NON of them have atk speed % bonus and when i use flurry + atk speed scroll +9% I reach 0.8 aspd and you say you wanna cap it on 1.5 ? this is fail.

being a squishy class as it is assassin's are broken in this server. They are supposed to kill an opponent in less than 8 seconds, in retail if you don't kill someone full buff just run + hide + rebuff + gank. that is what sin is for.

As for this subject the problem is where do we draw the line.

At what point are we banning "good players with good ping" and and what point are we letting "OK players with hacks" get away with it because they might be "good players with good ping"

And out of those two which do we prefer? Do we sacrifice the minority to ensure we protect the majority?

A slippery slope that regardless of which way you take it..

I suggested to someone or another to make duel sets for a sin, one cloth stacking mb and another leather stacking attack.
Open using MB, burst through all the skills that require MB, then switching.
It would rape ridiculous face if used correctly.

 

its easier to make a judgement call when you have a "good player with good ping" as a baseline. If you establish that and cross reference you can tell which one is which. Not only that, I know avoidme... the guy doesn't need to hack... honestly usually speed hackers are super blatant. Just message me in game so I can show you that the guy isn't hacking please, I don't want my ass banned next for the exact same thing

OMG! this is a hard issue to tackle, i don't play other classes than Sins (Primarily) and Glads (faceroll). if you put ASPD cap then that might help solve the issue but your killing the Assassin class more. its broken now, don't make it worst. might as well remove that.

Gameguard ftw. as you say it's harder than it seems but i know you guys can make it work. i've seen other private servers have em, why can't you?

 

Because for the effort it takes, any moron can google how to bypass it.

 

then put more effort to stop that moron from making that googled thing work. its a lot of work but eventually everyone will be happy.
