Cannot Talk To Rinos In Coliseum

I am doing the vital lvl 25 quest Testing Your Mettle and it requires me to talk to Rinos,

The thing is, I can't get into the coliseum in the first place so I can't talk to him. I can see him, but the doors to the coliseum are closed, I can only walk to the stands, and I can't jump over the fences to get to the floor.

Am I overlooking something? :surprised:

 

There's an NPC sitting infront of the coliseum, talk to them, they'll teleport you inside

That quest doesn't need to be done here, only on retail.
