These new PvP items cab be bought using Crucible Insignias (earned in Empyrean Crucible, Crucible Challenge and Crucible PvP Arenas) and “Noble / Courage” Crucible Insignias (earned only on Crucible PvP Arenas). These weapons cost 98,154 Crucible Insignias and 1889 Noble Crucible Insignias – but it seems they can be “exchanged” (like new PvE Crucible Eternals with Level 2 Conditioning) using Eternal PvP EC weapons with Level 1 Conditioning.
