Is it true that soft magic cap on this server is 2600 ?

lmk ... i`ve heard about it and dunno if it`s true

 

Probly same as soft cap of crit rate is 440.

But we will need a gm or head gm confirmation.

 

i`ve heard on retail it`s a hard cap , not soft cap ... all i want to know if that is implemented here as well

 

I'm not sure what the hard cap is on this server, but I know it's definitely not this low. The Taha orb alone has nearly 1k base m.boost on it. I am guessing that it would probably be at about 2600 since that = 200% damage on spells and there's already plenty of people complaining about sorc damage as is.

Yep it's true.
I used to check damage by attacking same MOB.
My MAX Magic Boost with full buffs and foods is over 2600, (2799 or so? I forgot exact value)
But it was same damage when my MB was 2600 +alpha
This means when you can keep your MB 2600, you can extend other status like Magic Accuracy or HP

 

any gm can confirm that ?

 

In retail if you reach the cap of 2600, the stat will just show yr Mboost = 2600, no more so that's why ppl says it's the cap. In this server i saw 1 with like 3200 Mboost or so (not sure how he does that) and the fact that a lot of us reach/ overreach that cap soo... i dont think there is a cap, though i am happy to see a confirmation
