The stupid thing that they usually use DP.
Even if it's 100 vs 1.

 

Mutley and Ripper a good Sorc will defeat ALL the classes and a good Gladiator can do the same... Thats depend on the Players build and if u dont want to get 5k/9k Glacial Hit, Get a MR Set.

It's a shame cause for all sorcerer on this post it's not enough ,shadowbrurst or lightbrust need to hit critical by 20 - 25 k damage

Sorcs are usually a bit excessive in their presentation... slaming people with lumiels even when the sorc is IN THE GODDAMNED ZERG.

Do u think that ? full M.R does not work it's simple sorcerer can use Supplication of Focus that's mean normally 3 k magic acc vs 2 k M.R so i guess M.R will not work and like i say before i'm don't talking about how to use a build or how to kill a sorcerer o something like that i'm talking about that's overpowers hits, but well u gonna see how is fun when the server got 40% sorcerer and 40% Ranger only for kill then the another 10 % maybe gonna be the anothers class.

 

On retail, Sorc is still the most overpowered class. Blame NCSuckfest for improper balancing.

Lumiel's Wrath and Lightburst aren't even supposed to hit that hard. The bonus damage IS NOT increased by magic-boost on retail. It should be hitting 8-9 MAX. Not 18K, that's ridiculous.

Also:
Full ABG Defense = 22% PvP Defense
Full ABG Offense = 32.2% PvP Attack

32.2 - 22 = 10.2% PvP Damage.

At 2700 Magicboost, Glacial Shard hits 9-10k PvE.
PvP Dmg = 1/2 PvE.

4-5k PvP Damage + PvP Attack + Crit = A lot of damage.

TL;DR: Your PvP Defense is Obsolete.

Ofc that's how it is on Retail , but we want to have fun ! This is a private server.
And as u said Lumiel Warth , Lightburst or Shadowburst are not supposed to hit that much ... I saw ppl were hit by 20k DMG.
So a newb sorc w/o even a jewel can kill a high ranked player by using a DP skill >.>
WTF is 16 k DMG , where's my chance to survive ?

 

Yeah. On Retail max damage is only 8-9k.
On here, it is broken to all hell.

They need to fix Shadowburst/Lightburst.

I have to try VERY freaking hard to take down a sorc on my cleric and even then I die and lose 8/10's of the time and I am really ****ing good at cleric and I really know that. 1 vs 1 I am almost guaranteed to lose, no matter what in the name of god I do.

Unless for some bizzare reason silence GS procs... but that actually seems to happen 1% of the time .-. opposed to 10%,
