Templar dilemma

Hi,first of all i would like to ask you,answer me only if ur main char is a templar,i dont want random answers. Appreciated.

Ok so here is my dilemma,i got an egt gear on my templar,which is full block (greatsword full crit),and as most of you know block doesnt work as it should,i have come to the decision to let my egt block set stay in my inventory for awhile til block works 100%. Now,i am buying a GPP plate set,and i want to use it as a dmg type set. What would be ur advices for manastone setup? Also im planning to socket my shield and mace with crit and switch between GS and mace-shield for breakpower and other shield required skills. I want a good manastone setup for the gpp set,please tell me a setup that you tried and works good. I'd like to know what is the manastone setup of the pro templars in this community. So far i have played only defense and i have to say its good,my block set used to help me win the 95% of my duels,and it was perfect in pvp. But i started playing with my templar after 2.5 again and block is somehow problematic. That is the reason why i want to try a dmg type gear..Thanks for reading,and im waiting for serious response from people who are good at templar.

 

1 part crit, 4 parts attack, 60 crit food, 120 crit scroll.

Edit: While the set is 4 parts attack and 1 part crit and i use the foods and scrolls. My gs will be crit or full attack?

I would only use Barricade of steel if you're trying to tank multiple glads or something but tanking a chanter/sin/ranger shouldnt be too hard with your skills and some block.

 

What is your opinion about extendable greatswords original? Athanas fate or lannok,does the range make it up for the weak stats?

Against zergs, extendables are useless since you can't kite anyone, and the extra attack/crit you get from a good Masta/ABG fuse makes it a better choice.
Also you can keep an extendable Triroan+EAT in your inventory on a hotkey, so you can switch to it anytime you run into 1-3 gladiators, in order to jump around & kite them.

 

Thanks,for now my fuse is gonna be either elite guard centurions level 40 abyss weapon,or egt or gpp. As far as i know the lvl 40 elite weapon has 9%pvp attack but it has some other stats better than egt,im not sure about GPP GS though. Thats also another dilemma i guess. Since i cant afford an abg fuse atm.

 

im having a little problem here, sorry to take advantage of your thread Badrobot but it really makes me wonder.
ive been trying some skilsl with my gf, shes only wearing anuhart armor shes a glad, and im templar with crit/accuracy in armor and gs full atk, thing is, my skills dmg dont pass 600 dmg and im using ABG gs with a masta gs fused in it, also have ABG earrings and necklace, the rings are dp ones. so its my build the problem or i just suck or what?

Accuracy is pure win for me. Players never parry or block against me, pretty much the reason why they complain about the constant rate of critical hits I land on them. Accuracy benefits your crit rate a lot. So I keep my accuracy with an extend on 2.7k with 800 Crit.

 

Its interesting though what downfall says in this post http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f67/armor-work-89455/ about attack manastones,regarding Teilaks reply. So i kinda dont know what to think at the moment
