Petition to nerf Mauform

I'm saying this because DP is far too easy to obtain anymore.


Rangers were never meant to be the running-gods of Aion. Ever.


It's riddiculous how they are always able to use their DP skill which no doubt boosts their stats, but I honestly could not care less about that. It is the speed boost clipped onto it that is honestly a little distasteful.


So, likewise, I am having difficulties coming up with a DP move that actually can compete with this.

Shadowburst, lumiels... sure they hurt badly but they are useable at a maximum of one pop per hour... which isn't bad in my opinion. Sure, I'd rather not get hit by it... but meh... I take it as a compliment.


But rangers with this constant boost? It is getting a little innane when I have a ranger I am fighting against pop mau form and run away from me without any difficulty at all.


So lets please just remove the speed buff part of it? Or nerf DP back into retail-like rate?

I am saying nerf DP back to retail like knowing 100% well that I have a DP move I can spam for instant healing % wise. I don't really care, I just am beginning to get annoyed at rangers pussying out. Infinately annoyed.

Because obviously this isn't what the developers intended the ranger class to be. Mau form is meant as a treat and a potent and effective buff, not a constant passive.


And I am admitting I am less than joyous about their stupid arrow not being dispellable, but taht is retail like. So I have to be quiet about it.

Sms insta fear
Clerics 2k dp heal or 10 seoncd cd root
Sorcs....all of their dps
Chanters 12 sec cd stun
Templars breakpower
Assassins silence

I second this. Perhaps not taking away all the speed buff, but nerfing it a little would suffice.

 

Who cares about our speed if we can be 1 shot and have our dps outhealed?

Well I'm sure everyone would be pissed if cleric had a skill that instantly killed a party that they always had to use and a few people spammed it...

 

but still you can't blame the skill...only because someone used it to run away
well cleric got WOD wich is bugged atm when you use it it does dmg like 1k but the effect didn't appear and skill is potable only if you use 2 times(greater pot) now you can remove it with 1 pot same with cursecloud

 

I can blame it because its happened today already over 10 times. I've screenshotted em too.

It's not just once or twice, it has happened nearly every ranger encounter I haven't bursted at their last 30% of HP.

Mau form + that running when hit them buff = pooooooooooooooof. And nothing I can do about it =/

If it was a case scenario I couldn't care, but when I am out there in Ingg soloing and fighting against zergs and rangers who ran ahead of the zerg to run right back into it after I get em down to 30% hp...

Its retarded.

I've managed to kill a few with doT's but that is no excuse. Rangers need to be brought back down to reality.
