    i believe item's come through a survey now which is located to the bottom right of your skill bar
    unless they have changed that
    and please next time dont make two threads

    i had heard that they dont come in surveys anymore

    as for ur issue you didnt send it to a character you sent it to "None" meaning you chose no character to send to

    If he supplies the screenshots with all of his inventories and warehouses, can't an AM spawn it for him since he also has the screenshot of the purchase history?

    you cannot add an item without choosing a character
    unless there is a character named "none"
    you got bugged

    like regii said make a screenshot un edited of your purchase history
    and also take screenshots of all your character's inventory /warehouse & account warehouse
    after you have done that pm alente showing the screenshots and respectfully explaining the situation

    Take a screenshot of your purchase history (unedited) and all of your character's inventories and warehouses in-game.
    Then PM a staff member (Senior AM or Head AM would probably be best) with the screenshots.

    EDIT: Damn you Untouched

    Cutting/Cropping like Regi said is editing. Just go to your purchase history, print screen, paste it into Paint and save it and leave it that way.
