Items Disappearing

Has anybody heard if they are going through the history to return donation items?

 

Still missing items that I paid for... somebody at least respond.

 

Did nothing what you see if what happend after the update when i logged to lvl my ranger i click nothing lol

not even //givemissingskills

and my gear are not even back yet when will i get them geez.....................................................?????

I bought a godstone for 100 mil from broker, when I logged back on today it was gone from my weapon and not in my inventory. GM didn't bother to reply when I messaged on here.

posted this in problems... and then I noticed this sticky, so sorry for the repost.

Ok, here's the issue. Last night, my wife (IGN: Ardanata) bought 5 hot pink dyes, and 5 true red dyes from Brynette in Beluslan in a GM dye-selling event. Server crashed, she logged in again this morning. 50 mil had been restored via rollback, none of the dyes... 50 mill still missing. Is there anyway to get the dyes restored and just take the extra 50 mill from her? or how should we go about this?

(Due to it being dye.. didn't think of screenshots as the crash was not anticipated. Weird thing is 50m was refunded... she had used 1 red dye on her damskin's dress, I think that's the one that wasn't refunded... and the dress is back to black. Was hoping maybe there'd be a log of her putting it in her warehouse or of the private store transaction.)

 

items i sell in broker vanished..

sir pls...fix my char problem...
my items i sell in broker vanished... when i click the "sell" button nothng appeared so i thought it was already sold but when i click the "sold items" button.. nothng appeared... it already happened twice sir... thats why im already reporting it.... it only happens to my assasin "Ukiiiiiiiiiiiii" my other chars woring well...hope u find way to fix this.... and i want my items back or the kinnah...thx much....

 

Today, i spend my 1000 credit's from voted and i purchase 15 L100 enchantement stone for my character "Kroller". I tried to connect at the server but was down.. I try later and it work's, but when i'm look in my inventory for stone's i didn't find the..i recieve nothing..please help me..i want to enchant my spear and my pant's safety...

Did you logout when you did this?

Edit* if you did buy the item when the server was down and haven't received your item, contact Karissa and see if she can do anything.

 

Yes!!! I was logout...and yes...i buy the item when the server was down but i didn't know the server is offline..

 

Mine too my gold medals did vanish to when server got shutdown too pls helm me sir mam... T_T

 

Btw, take care about sending in game mail with tribunus items, cause i lost a +15 bow with bolls love in it and i lost one tribunus helm. I dont have screens but i have donation list so carl can see what to do. Just trade dont send with mail.

 

many people now got the probles by items vanishing, me too my golds just vanish when the server reboot the 1st huhuhu pls... T_T

plss help me, i lost my ABG Longbow & 7 pcs enchancments stone lvl 100... huhuhhu i dont have a print screen, while im enhaching my bw i sudently disconnect from server, i keep trying to log in but it always said (you are already log in) after an hour i log in back but my bow & enchancments stone is gone

 

Same shit same shit..... u get dc and u lost a item.... same happened... and im still waiting for the answer from the support team. geez im starting to get pissed.

 

GM plss solve our problem, dont ignore our complains, i farm for 3 days just to by that then it disapear just like that huhuhuhu...

 

U farmed at least, i bought.. 40 dollars into the sink.

ANd the answer will be the same: to many dupe items, it wil ltake a while...

I guess I wont donate for now until these problems are resolved. So far I haven't lost anything yet, but I won't wait for that to happen, especially when I donate. I just hope these problems will be resolved
