[Problem] Random stuffs

Hello and Good day!

Since the official thread for bug reports is closed, I decided to make a thread to bring this issue to the respective authorities as well to see others if they are also experienced the same thing listed below.
And

Here are the list of problems in-game that pretty much annoys me a little and wonders me if the Administration and our Developer are aware of.

• Problem with setting a Kisk.

Sometimes I am experiencing this problem that whenever I set a kisk, without any interruptions, it stop and when I try to click on my Kisk again it says I can't use an item due to its cooldown. I can see the item clear and ready to use, but that's what it says. I tried to re-log once and saw that after re-logging it is some sort of visual bug.

After I re-log - in cooldown
And I see no kisk set. This is annoying when I am with a friend or group PvP'ing/PvE'ing and I can't set a kisk. Happens a lot of time when I am the only one who's available to set a kisk. (Sad face here)

• Receiving mail through Express

I don't know if someone else have been experiencing this but this happened to me like 3x already this past week. The very last incident happened last night when I tried to send myself a legion kisk with the help of my other character but when I tried to receive it at the kisk place, the shugo is there but it shows me nothing, no mail inside. I also sent a same amount of legion kisk to my group-mate who is also a legion-mate. She received the mail I sent and got the legion kisk but I didn't. Happened also when a legion-mate sent me manastones through express, I also didn't receive it with the help of the Shugo. Happened to a different character of mine. I checked my mails after PvP'ing with the use of the mailbox, and it's not full. Other than the mail I sent to myself which has legion kisk inside, nothing else is there. I delete mails that I don't really need so if the reason is;
Maybe your mailbox is full?? My answer is, No.

• Warden Surama disappeared after being hit accidentally by a Gladiator

This one happened this morning (Greek time), when a friend and I tried to check the Esoterrace instance. Oh! You guys don't know how excited I was when I saw Carl's update about Esoterrace's drop list. So, my friend and I went to the instance, and made it to Kexkra Prototype. We were able to meet Warden Surama after hitting Kexkra. Then when my friend who is a Gladiator accidentally hit Warden Surama, it disappeared. We also can't see it even on our radar. We were stuck and so the next problem occurred.

• When kicked out from the Esoterrace instance (Elyos side. So supposedly we should appear in Gelkmaros again after cancelling the group) we saw ourselves in Temple of Scales

I think this one is pretty obvious and doesn't need further explanations. Right after we cancelled our group after trying Esoterrace instance, we appeared in Temple of Scales, Asmodians' entrance for the instance.

* Look, I am not sure if this is how it is in retail so forgive me if I included it on the problems if it's not supposed to be listed.
* My apology as well for not being able to post some proofs/screenshots as I am using my laptop right now and the screenshots are not available here. I will try providing it later once I am at the PC.
* Please do not spam this thread. If you experienced the same thing, tell your story but do not dare to flame it and show how you're a butthurt with me. This is not a Hot Spam thread but a serious matter. I want nothing but the Staffs to see this report so they can enlighten me as well do something about it.

Yeah same thing here with warden surama. The kisk problem has happened to me also but after a minute it was fine.. I didn't have to relog

 

my problem is that.. my char was stuck due to so many mails undeleted. and fortunately they unstuck it but remove all the mails. some mails are important which their are consumables and items in it. when i log into the website. the view player inventory shows everything and when i log in game. everything is gone...

So I guess Warden Surama is still bugged?? And about the kisk problem, unfortunately in my case it didn't.

Lesson learned: Always delete mails when done reading/checking them. And, if you have more than one character, try to tell people who wants to send you mail to this character and then if you think that character have a lot of pending mails then send the mail to the other one who's empty.

Sadly yes. But this time, not due to... stupidity =.=

Anyways for the kisk problem i heard you gotta create a new char or something,i'll see if i can find anything with a search

EDIT : Oops nope..saw an AM's post saying that its unsolvable atm,gotta wait for evilset then

I've experienced the bug on Express, it never works for me on all my alts.

Reported the kisk bug there

 

I lost about 200 platinum this way. Clayton sent me and poof! Nothing there.

Well we may consider these things bugs but I think it's fine to post this since I am not really sure about it and if some other people experience the same things. So I decided to make a thread about it so that I can as well see the people experiencing this so I wont panic

 

same happened to me. Warden Surama disappeared for no reason. lol

 

I wanted to try it again when it happened but I needed to sleep. Did you do an another run and he disappeared again??

Please support this Problems thread by reporting the bug you're also experiencing which I listed on the first page on this form. The more we report the more chance they will see the problem and work on it.
