i need your help!
share your gamestyles and sorc build.
im just new to sorc so please:wink:

 

go mresist , then use magic boost,mr buff, vaizel wisdom = sleep, tsunami delayed glacial flame spray

 

ill try it, but i heard that mres for sorcs are bug?

 

idono havnt played for a while

 

anyways ill try it but where can i farm mboost and mres stones?

Ehm homie ... just try to stai as far as u can from the enemy . Keep him back useing CCs .Before evry stun try to silence cuz Sorc stuns got huge cd ( 2.30m and 5m ) so u need to use each of it at full capacity - . So the combo its usuali Illusion + CC + Vaizel ( ccs are no more affected by cas speed so its better to buff it after you used a CC ) + stun / silence + silence/stun ( order depends on wat class u meet ) then use wind cut down + HD SKILL + instant or anothe skill ..... . All depends on wat class u counter . If u meet a galdiator ( UD ) you have to be sure that you slow his movement speed all the time ( use your brain here ) .

BTW - CC = Crowd control - sleep , three .
HD - Hight dmg

Go for macc build and 2 pieces of magic resist ( if u got a orange mr set ofc ) . IF u got 1.9 k mr then its enaught . Go with the rest on macc.

ps - By sorc build u mean stigma to or u are from siel ?

what do pro sorcs use? sleep > flame bolt?

Let me sai it in a friedly way ... : You can't be good with stigma sistem and to use gl shard . There are more usefull stigma skills .... as ilusion , ilusion storm , elemental ward etc that are essential in useing a sorc .

Well then just fallow wat i wrote there . You got all skills + you are more cannon than glass as u play on siel ^^

 

1. Stigma Build.(Click)
2. Manastones - Magic Resist
3. Skill Chain:
A)VS Melee - Vaizel's Wisdom (If the enemy is near you or it's a Ranger > Illusion)> Soul Freeze> Arcane Thunderbolt>Flame Fusion >Curse of Weakness> Lava Tsunami> Wind Cut Down > Whatever
B)VS Mage/Priest - Vaizel's Wisdom,Elemental Ward & Magic Boost> Soul Freeze > Curse of Weakness > Arcane thunderbolt > Sleeping Storm > Delayed blast > Ice chain > Frozen Shock > Flame Fusion > Lava Tsunami> Wind Cut Down > Whatever
You can Always use Illusion Storm (4 sec stun).

Well, some Sorcerer users here definitely have their own play style. But if you're playing in Siel which all stigma skills are working, it doesn't make a difference. All you have to do is read and understand carefully what the skill is and what effect it gives. Take in consideration the casting time and the cooldown. Put instant skills wherever you feel comfortable and put all the control crowd skills altogether so you wont be confused.

Since you are playing in Siel it's a lot easier to play a Sorcerer. If you're seeing a group in-front of you, alone or not use Sleeping Storm. Use AOE skills, and if you're outnumbered, Kaisinel's Wrath is not a bad choice Of course do not forget to pop all your defensive buffs. And running is not a crime since Sorcerer's defense is really weak. If you're fighting a ranger, keep in mind to not use your important instant skills that they might be using the skill that resists 1 magical attack. Use Illusion, Flame cage your opponent, if it's resist then proceed on stunning, rooting, sleeping it.

For gear: If you have EGT then make it MACC+MBOOST. E.Mastarius' Cloth set is good for MR.

I saw a thread made by.. The Ablazed I think, that is pretty much informative. Search it out.

I haven't checked any MACC drops lately but what I am sure is it's pretty hard to farm now if no VIP. Try in Inggison/Gelkmaros, if you're VIP just kill some random mobs then if one of the mobs drop MACC then for sure the same kinds drop the same manastone.

Thunderbolt will most likely be eaten by unwavering devotion and CoW? why a 5 min cd for a melee

Edit: I think you meant curse of roots, which i'm still not fond off because of the increase in ele defense o.o;;

Assuming you play on lumiel:
Manastones: 2300 magic boost & ~~1800 magic resist (Accuracy isnt a main problem because the build features Sup of focus)

Stigmas: Sleeping storm, Supp of focus, Wind cut down (and the pre-requisite stigmas)
Chain vs melee: Flame cage --> Frost --> Vaizels --> Flame Fusion --> Soul freeze --> Root (2 cover conditions, root unpottable and
because of silence no strengthen wings) --> Lava tsunami --> Inferno --> Wind cut down, unless your magic boost is low and he did some heavy potting it will be dead.

Chain vs Mages: Vaizels --> Arcane thunderbolt --> Flame cage --> frost --> soul freeze --> root --> lava tsunami --> inferno --> wind cut down. If it isnt dead stunlock it because remove shock will be on cooldown by the first stun. (See the similarity with the melee? )

Chain vs rangers: Pretty much anything will work if you use flamecage to dispel focussed evasion and have illusion up.
