    So i lost about 20 pounds (fairly fast) i was wondering why i lost 20 pounds so quickly looked it up and it was talking about it being water fat or some stuff of that nature(being the easiest form of fat to lose) ... but now im getting to the point where im starting to not lose anything (the overly hated part of losing weight) .... excess fat the funnest part of losing weight ..... the most annoying phase when trying to lose weight ... the phase that makes you just wanna give up ..... what im trying to say is any tips to help get past this (without the usage of pills , protein shakes, protein bars ..etc)

    anyway.. try to think of something else than fooood and instead of drinking that can of soda try to drink water, really
    i know how it feels like, just try it
    chewing gum helps i heard haha

    Rarely drink sodas ... Chips and stuff arent appetizing to me as they were few years back .. and im prob going to start doing P90x and Insanity together ... instead of just pure Insanity

    Dude make at least 15 minutes a day of 30's & 60's + Diet+Push ups and abs and you will do just fine.

    30's & 60's = Sprint as fast and as hard as you can in 30 seconds and jog/walk fast for 60 seconds.

    those exercises are used in basic training and even Sergeants use it to get ready for their PT test is a way of loosing weight real quick.
