    If we think that its natural to have crashes and be patient enough cause we are playing a free game,well, then, donations should not take place....what if i'm a donator or i planning to donate would i be happy with this problems? isn't it unfair cause i spent also same with retail?i know its a free game,but i wont enjoy a free game with stress instead of enjoyment it can offer me......

    I understand that they cant announce crashes, but more info about whats going on would be very welcome... and knowing if things are going to take 5 minutes or (several) hour(s) means a lot to me (then i can stop wasting my time).

    That is another story indeed. Giving out stuff to their friends, is in my oppinion not the smartest, when there is a donation function, cause people might see it the wrong way.

    I can understand its very tempting to help a friend in need, but yea doing so, makes everyone else expect the same level of "service", which in the end probably will end with either very low donations or none.

    I also agree that you to a certain level, have to think about the position you are putting yourself in, before accepting the position as a GM, most people get surprised how much time it takes.

    Still doesnt mean I made the account to tell you to chill. As I said, havent had the urge to post before, and when I wanted to, i figured out i couldnt just use my ingame account info, therefor i made an account today yes.

    LoL !! this means nothing man... The only matter is if this guys is long enough on this server to see with his own eyes the 'perfect' service we get for our donations... We get the right respect from GMs and Carl itself...

    FREE IT MAY SEEMS BUT ATLEAST THEY LET US KNOW WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING IN THE GAME SERVER?? THEY MUST FIX IT... I MEAN FIX IT ""THE APPROPRIATE WAY TO BAN THE CHEATERS "" MOST OF THE PLAYERS NOWADAYS ARE THE CAUSE OF THE CRASH! USING CHEATS!

    Choose - 100$ UNLIMITED NO LAG NO CHEATS or
    FREE LAG, CRASH , CHEATS , BUG, DUPE ,

    When they ban the hackers, all they do is ban their accounts, its easy to just make a new 1.. Why not ban their IP Address, and its easy to change that, so why not take it a step further and ban their Mac Address or their Subnet Mask? Like seriously get rid of them.

    So raikken, why are you still playing on this server if you're so unhappy with it? Same with everyone QQ-ing.
    So you guys just cant be content with what you have? Guess what, even retail aion get random crashes, but they have devs and admins on 24/7.

    responsible at the title says... .... I lost 40 dollars in items cause of stupid bugs and i didnt got an direct answer about it. But most likely will be: to many dupe items and we cant trust u!

    Ill ask if they trust the 400+ dollars they recieved from me, if they were duped!
