    What the Hell on new update ??? Does it make sense ?? This is AOE (Area Of Effect) not target! Well i'm asking then :; If the first target recieve the skill effect. All other will recieve if who use full m.res ????

    Some aoe skills require you to target an enemy player, then it also hits those around that player. if you miss that player, why should you hit everyone around it.. That fix makes perfect sense.

    Most physical AoEs from glads don't require you to have a target.
    Except for the Elyos version of Piercing Wave (Force Blast) and some other not-even-worth-mentioning AoEs from other classes.
