Wtf dude do you know these ppl you say that are Sooooooo faithfull personally? Or do you hand out with them? or maybe you do more things that are Adult rated?

You are in the 5% that say that Everything is done as it should be. And i dont think you are the slighest smarter than the other 95%.

I do believe that we arent being treated well. And that the money that ppl donate arent being spent as they should be and are being spent for someones personal reasons instead of the Servers expand.

Fix the lag, Why Does it feel like we running on a packerd bell 486. Oh and pls ban hackers dont just put them in jail for a day.

Hackers indeed do produce alot of lag, due to their extreme pressure on the databases. 4 game clients can be run on 1 host easily, if of course the host have the ness. specs.

On another note, some database tweaks and optimizing does hell alot of a wonder for the performance too.

 

Though I heard that multi-client isn't illegal on this server, unless you attend events with multiple characters or AP farm

 

It's called dual-boxxing. And it's not against the rules except during events and AP trading, as you said.

 

wohooo i have already donated about $500 counting it was by western union its about $570 or something and im not complaining since i cant play atm got more important things to focus on now, like college. When I get back home its time to play with only the random lag spikes that freezes everyone and LFG can still be used o.o

 

he has stated that he has diff hosts for each server.

 

Who gave you the idea that all of them run on the same machine?

EDIT: I can't vouch to say MU does or doesn't but I'm pretty sure they're smart enough to have put them on different machines. I know for a fact that Crystal and WoW are on different machines.
Note: I work on the WoW machine, I can tell you now that WoW is the only game server on it.

 

I agree with this thread. We could also deserve the truth once in a while? I do not like how its "OH a post explaining the truth, lock, ban, delete thread, hope no one saw" kinda attitude thats going on here. I just think that you shouldn't hide stuff from the community. And karissa knows exactly what I am talking about x.x. Either way, the lag makes the server almost unplayable. I tried crystal and the difference was astounding.

come on peeps ! while i dont think this server should be providing 4 games thru 1 host . i mean the crashes are going to happen all the time until they change that. i do think there is far to much crying about it!!!

Yeeaahh. Thousand bucks gets you an alienware computer that would be a kick ass host. Don't see where else the money could go besides the hosting, I'm afraid there might be some issues.

 

So, will Carl ever be responsible to answer simple questions that we got here ?

Ok well just how many connections can the emulator handle? Its not just about bandwidth. It very well may be that we simply have to many people on the server that the emulator just cant handle. Might be time for them to open a second high rate or just have crystal high rate as well. My guess though is they are trying to cram to many people onto one emulator client.

 

That is also a very good reason why it could be lagging. Some database tweaking can help on that issue to a certain extend tho, but yea might want to have a look at the optimal connected clients.

 

Stop hating the staff and move your asses to Texas or wherever the hosting company keeps the Servers to start a riot.

Having someone whispering you that the server is going to restart in 1 hour won't make a difference, it's 1 Server , 4 Clients, do the math, it's like running windows 7 on a 1999 PC.

Edit : Btw nothing's for free if you want over9k core PCs with epeened coolers, donate something more than 30-40 $ and make the difference.

I personally never donate since I don't trust internet that much, but at least I suck it up until someone gives me the reason not to.
