a BIG "WHY"?

why is it that every time a ranger Find something about its Class how powerfula ranger is
You always make change and disable or reduce every single thing a ranger has....

First about the buffs.
Secondly about the damage.
Third the range.. but those glad when they uses BOW wow.... they have higher range than RANGER it self. LOL
Forth the Traps.. i usually play with traps like blazing traps cause it instant and has high damage, it can do damage like 3k+ but what they do now, they reduce the damage of it. like 1.5k down to always RESIST. that's the only thing that we can do huge damage in any class with there armor BUFFS like glads and even with mage with there stone or bone deff buffs.

why wouldn't you try to focus on GLAD by there damage there great armors + there damage Grrrrr.
then Templars known to be a TANKER but can dealt almost 5k damage WTF then those sorcs REDUCE there delayed blast or any kind of AOA. cause its VERY annoying like when 3 sorc hits you with Delayed blast say GOODBYE to you FULL 9k++ HP. and thats AOA so all PPL in that area hits with it.? then DIE. and there no GOOD thing about 1 hit SKILL..

 

Lol, you have no idea, Chanters have it the worst. I love how you're complaining about Traps, just traps, hitting for at least 1.5k Damage, where I hit like 200 crits on my Chanter. Traps aren't supposed to be crazily overpowered, and hit 3k+ and always go off, there are a lot of people who socket MR, so if you really want your traps to go off that much, socket Macc. Ranger class is fine, Mau form 24/7 isn't enough for you? x.x Tired of the whining.

 

beastial fury=less range

just learn when to use it.. as for traps i barely started using them when dmg was 3k their still just as good imo.. 1.5k only cut by half not a big deal

also we got random dmg with our stunning shot/rupture arrow now its able to hit up to 5k.. so we have an OP skill as well even though it is a gamble it can hit that high its like how temps break power use to be so i dont see why ur QQing about traps and other classes being OP appearently

sorcs are squishy and in exchange for that squishiness they get very high dmg

and like terrorized said.. chanters have been nerfed for a while now so i really dont see ur point QQing about a simple trap nerf and appearently glads being able to hit at a longer range then us

Sorcers > rangers.

I played 2 years with Rangers, but gamezaion not work, simply by being a full server with high rates and abg ( p.def is too high, and same with mr, rangers cant hit silence or sleep and traps , because they have 1100 ma, vs sorcers and other class with 1k8-2k5 ).Only for this i recommend this creating another class, the best skills for rangers you cant use.

Stigmas system also hurt the Rangers. I've played with ranger in retail and was very good, but there i only can kill other rangers, i speak about people thats are good.

I make a new sorcer I'm really enjoying, are overpower.

 

i agree with u to focus also in the other classes..this is unfair to a ranger..

 

The damage from a ranger is based on burst damage, go into hide, kill and escape, but you will never be able to do in gamezaion, Because p.def is to high and you cannot sleep or silence sorcers , and this is necessary . I have spent many years playing and testing aion, and you'll change your class, rangers do not work in gamezaion .

If you know how to use your ranger it shouldn't be a problem to kill any class.
Unless the gear gap is huge, or you're massively zerged.

This is sadly the truth... on Lumiel, mr sorcers are a pain in the ass for rangers...

well, the most annoying fact is when you fight against mr players, as ranger...on gamez ofc.
they just need 2-3 mr-stacked pieces to resist to stuns/sleep/silence/traps/snare...and the default mr on rangers isn't high enough to make me willing to stack MA in order to get a decent amount wich could permit me to kill them.

Against abg users:
mr clerics: just forget to fight
mr chanters: most of them are noobs, so it's ok even if it's quite hard
mr sorcers: just don't fight
mr sms: OMG
mr templars: it's ok,you can do it, because of their low dps, and there are not many mr templars tho...

I wont lie, there are some rangers who can manage to kill them, but they only count on their dps/ping.
I mean, they hide...boum boum...they come near the guy...boum boum...
full buff...boum boum...full burst on them...boum boum...

if they can kill the guy...boum boum
if they can't kill him...they run...

This playstyle is quite efficient ofc (I did thounsands of kills like that...), but there are some rangers
(like me now) who want to play differently, with a more interesting/less whorish playstyle...and those guys are stuck now cuz of the current settings on gamez aion


The thing is that too many rangers play this class like that...and ppl still wonder why there are not many
"good rangers"...

Are you sure? Because I'm not. Doom Lure -> Punishing wave -> Shieldburst -> Breakpower. That's enough DPS. For who is still alive shield attacks are enough for a stunlock.

Well.. a templar full MR and the shield... I did a test with a friend of mine Full ABG... I spent all my buff an MP and i didnt do any big damage... so even against Templars..

They r killing us in gamez... We need to call green peace, cuz soon we r going to be under extintion.
