Ground: Templar > Ranger
Flight: Ranger > Templar

I still need to get online to see the updates on the ranger, can't wait to actually see rangers who can burst me down in 1 combo with that new stunning shot.

make all the classes, equip them with 2 tipe of sets (ABG OF COURSE) on each character then play all the time the character who is more OP cuz of bugs on gamezaion settings

we all will be happy and we have in history: GLAD's AGE (2011-2012), SORC's AGE(2012-2013)...ETC etc

 

i use to QQ about TRAPS cause really use this skill for technique on killing. ^^
TRAPS should have more damage like 3k.. cause at it name said it is a TRAPS if you fall on it then absolutely you get OWNED. ^^

 

why would you say that ranger don't work on gamez.. RANGER is OP when i start using it like v1.9 ^^
but so many changes that they made and GRrrrrr....!!!! making the game boooooooring instead of fixing it >.<

i usually kill 2-3 sorc with my blazing traps, but not now..
cause blazing can do 3k+ damage that time then sorc armor will be disable: so Free hit for me with that one SORC.
then Extreme Resist through my MR set ^^ then kill the next 2 sorc by my techniques. ^^
and also the blazing trap will CD after the 2nd sorc so bye to the las sorc ^^.

but now.. only 1 or 2 sorc i can handle.

read the skill description again, pls. bestial fury decreases ur range by 15m. and remember that the range of bow is only 25m
so if u use bestial fury. max range u can hit is 10m. (w/o sniper stance)
nothing is bugged here

correct me if im wrong.. but i did say beastial fury=less range
so yes ofc it would drop to 10m when beastial reduces range by 15m and no its not bugged thats what its suppose to drop to

Yep, Rangers have been nerfed to hell. Only good at jumping people and air PvP.

ABG Ranger against -
ABG Cleric: Good luck if they're mres build. It's over if they know what they're doing. This is an unwinnable fight 1 v 1.
ABG Glad/Templar: We do SHIT damage to plate classes - I mean SHIT, there's something wrong w/ Pdef. w/ Bestial Fury and Focused shots I have 800 Crit/attack with full PvP +% and I do ~1.5k damage if I'm lucky
ABG Chanter: Can be annoying with stuns, but are are incapable of outhealing our damage like clerics can
Sorc/SM: If you can get through their shield before they pop your focused evasion it's over. If you can't, you're dead. They resist your silence/stuns

Everyone runs around with so much Mres, that is completely eliminates a rangers Silence/CCs. That's not how it is on retail. As a result we have to rely on blunt damage, and our damage has been shit until lately (RNG on 2 skills, yay).

I still think that rangers here are definitely weaker than on retail. IDK how to prove it. Damage against the plate/chain classes are too low. When I crit maximum 1.5k (usually from 700-1000 damage) in full ABG with bestial and focused, something is wrong.

 

Lol, honestly, it's called adapting. As a Chanter, I'm hitting utter rubbish right now, mostly on plate as well. With 1k Attack/700 Crit, I hit 200 crit with normal chains, and people are complaining about the Ranger class only hitting 1.5k with Traps? My Mountain Crash doesn't even hit that bloody high... Whereas it should hit at least 2k+ Plus Mau form always up. My stuns are almost always resisted, so I socketed some Macc myself, and even 100 extra macc has done wonders, I get a lot more stuns. So if you really want to land every silence/stun/etc, socket some Macc. My class was hit twice as hard as yours, so don't even complain about you vs other classes :\ I know it all, considering I can kill a full 50e glad on Retail without UD on within 30 seconds, whereas on Gamez, it takes me 2 mins to kill a bloody Glad without UD on, 10 mins with UD on.

You honestly have no idea how good you have it, I just finished watching The Ablazed's pvp video, he could hit 3k+.

100 Macc will do nothing as a leather class against people who run Mres build. It'll only consistently help you against other leather classes. Anyways, I digress, I don't really care about being resisted. I care about my damage being lower than it should be.

Basically you're arguing that both classes are flawed, but since your class is more flawed - the fact that rangers damage against chain/plate is negligible is irrelevant. Two wrongs don't make a right.

As far as kills go, anyone can make a mix of people getting merked. I have 50 kills today on Crystal. That being said, the majority of my kills are against people that have inferior equipment, were jumped, or were idiots. I'm talking about instances in which both parties are equally geared.
