I agree. There is no reason that ninja looting should be allowed.

damn i was to post a good point on that thread...

well anyway, here's what i have to say...

At some point those player violated that rule and should somehow be punished.

ninja-looting at some point is somewhat part of harassment... need i explain more? or i'll have my lawyer explain it too?

Agreed... why its not already counted because of that is beyond me.

That is defraud and harassment at the very least.

And if you think into it, a threat to the integrity of Gamezaion and their playing experiance.

Ninja looting is pretty much the exact same as scamming, if you look at it.

And they have rules for spamming in-game like gagging the offender XD, I think this offense is heavier and requires immediate attention :p

yep, in my opinion ninja-looting should be stopped.
but, I also think the person who go to Instance (etc...) must trust and know the members of the group.. mainly the leader!

Most of the "trustable" people don't do raids like that... o.o; that is the issue...

so they begin to grasp at straws.

I once held out hope that people would use this thing called common sense and not be such naive fools. Sadly I gave up on that hope long long ago and am now just a hollow bitter shell of a man.

Ninja looting is same as scamming, and harassing others and we all know scamming and harassing people is against the rules. So I don't get it what exactly is holding the staffs back on setting a rule against this greedy people!

Why scamming?? Before the beginning of the run it is clear that they have planned who to give the what, meaning, even before the run the item is already a property of someone. But since someone (who ninja loot) takes everything which is supposedly doesn't belong to him, then it's a server crime and considered scamming. If there is a complete agreement about sharing the items before the run then it is! FFS what is hard on setting a rule about this?? Many people are doing this because they know they wont get banned nor punished!

And no, we may say it's a mistake from those who let that ninja looter join the group, but can you tell me, is it really possible to know if someone WILL ninja loot the item?? And as long as this issue has no solution yet, then this server is not people specially newbie friendly because not all new people who joined this server got some friends already to help them out and people they can fully trust when doing an instance run.

I pity this people who are getting scammed when they worked so hard to have this items. If any of this people who wants to go to an instance, send me a PM here whenever I am online. Check my signature if it says I am online in-game, send me a PM here and I will go Cleric and Gladiator to help you out, and you can take the item you want! And if ever I ninja loot everything I am willing to be banned! Even there is no rule about it.

If you have an obligation to pay someone IRL and you don't, you either get your things taken away from you, you have to pay a much bigger price in return, or you go to jail. Or all of the above, not to mention that with any of those aforementioned scenarios, you also gain a bad reputation (credit).

Sure, real life isn't the same as Gamez when it comes to how things can be enforced and how many times people will have their hand held as if everyone is always friendly and helpful, BUT you can hardly use that excuse in this scenario. Theres laws against stealing, fraud, harassment, etc. IRL, so why shouldn't there be that here if it clearly says no defraud and harassment?

I honestly get your point. In real life, there are rules or laws about everything. Some can get away with it after committing something against it, some may not. Same in this community, people use hack but they can get away with it, dupers, etc. but my point is simple, if in real life there is law on everything specially on bad things, why not here?? We all know ninja looting is massive and of course an obvious offense but what is it that takes so long for them to implement a rule regarding this?? I know you meant nothing but to push common sense to people, but for sure you wont disagree on making this issue the reason to make a rule over it. Even how stupid it sounds, there should be a rule so that anyone who tends to do ninja looting will think twice or thrice before doing so. We are not just talking about the after effect but as well the before. In real life there are laws not just to make things peaceful and organized. Some abide the law because of the fear of getting punished.
