Just Passing By and I saw Ranger Has Lower Evasion and Sorcerer got even stronger

I have noticed that the ranger became weaker this days... because the evasion i think is not working properly... i have tried duel with another player and i notice i got 1 evasion against all attacks i recieved and other rangers skill got lesser even before... and even worst sorcerers got even stronger... tell is there a problem about this things????

 

Ranger seem realy fine . Evasion is capped at 30% . At least i enjoi my ranger . Yesterday i did a 4.3 crit on a assassin xD - was awesome ;p .

@ sorcs ... well sorc is prety much made to have a very op offensive . You can't change that . You must understand that is a very slow class and has no hide or instants . Well is a op class if u make mistakes against one . If u know how to take them you can kill them easly .
If u play on siel ... then NO COMMENT ^^

Sorcs didn't get stronger, they've always been strong. If anything, I find it easier to kill a sorc now than before; most of the spells do less damage. DP skill still deal a lot of damage but they're not a 1hit KO anymore.

I haven't seen those 14,365dmg DP skill ever again. at most 7k-8k damage which is about a 50% damage reduction.

Rangers seem fine to me and they're still annoying to fight, specially then ones that know how to kite. Their damage is fairly decent and their conditions work the way they should.

That's just my input.

Rangers are the sh****T class right now... the damage reduction that we have now is incredible... my friend its a shame...

So.. how u pretent to kill 1 sorcerer when u have only a few skill that "might" pass 2k with all buff... and 1 sorcerer has a protective shield that resist all those attacks.... so u r lucky if u cash the shadowburst with the skill that evade 1 attack for 5 seconds and then run... and another thing remember ranger cant hide during battle.. so, i dont see why people talk about rangers hide.... we dont have nothing to evade or resist attack.. only that little skill that many times doesnt work... and u have to be using the stupid scroll that resist like 500... thats all.

even in defence... leather suppost to resist more than cloth... and i think even in that sorcerers resist more...

Sorcerer always has been overpowered to begin with.

As for ranger i dont think the problem is in the ranger damage, its in the physical defense of plate.
(hit cloth for 4k damage, hit plate for 500, problem?)

 

Magic Resist need be capped.
Sorcer never stunned/stumbled/silenced/slowed/sleeped/
This is semi-god mode

The sorcer cast can be slow but, none can cancel it.

 

Well.. i got kill by 18690dmg DP skill, a few days ago... and the answer that i received was "Thats a normal attack".

 

The problem here is this.... and u might understand my point... all the classes need to be a balance... the same opportunity that has a chanter, cleric, sorc, SM, sin, etc VS any class.... the same has that class againt them...

Little example... if u r Glad vs Ranger... u opportunity to kill the ranger has to be 50%, the same the ranger need to have the opportunity to kill the Glad 50%... but when u hear noobs Glads saying i was fighting with a ranger and almost kill me(that almost is wrong cuz we r saying he played good but doesnt has any chance against me).

Right now if I fight against a full ABG glad or templar, better run... all my probabilities are 95% glad, templar 5% rangers... and thats almost the same with any class..

Fighting against sorc, SM... i think they should put a Cap to MA and MR, cuz a ranger with a full Macc set, doesnt reach the 2k, so how the hell u r gonna hit somebody that is over the 2.5k its impossible. there is not chance to hit silence/sleep/stun thats where we should have a little opportunity.

Against Cleric, Chanter with a fast Kite u could get it if they r noobs, but if they know how to heal and attack is gonna be a long fight where the ranger is gonna lose.

So what i said is Any class vs Any class they must have the same opportunity to win, well yep, the armor is a factor and experience another and sometime luck. but not how is right now my little cousin that hasnt played Aion in a glad with Anuhart has better chance to kill a ranger full ABG, cmon people... lets be honest...

Stumbled can't be reisted with magic resist and also with some stuns .

About the others - are retail like . You can easly pass sorcs mr useing macc build . I do not belive that there are many sorcs useing full mr build .

No aion is not made to be 50 % vs 50 % . Theres a class who has more chances to win vs another .

And there is nothing wrong with rangers .

Lets do a simple Math Ranger vs Templar.

If a ranger hit a templar and the max damage is 200 and the templar hit the ranger and the max damage is 1k, whos gonna win the fight?

If my windows Calc is not wrong i think the templar cuz the templar only need to hit 9-10 times, and the Ranger more than 100 times. and thats true... i made a test with a templar friend(no buff, only stand) i hit him with everything, buff, pots, with the perfect rangere combination i only reach 700 damage... and i spent all my skills and MP and the templar was still there like nothing. so.. thats what u call same opportunity? or rangers OP? Rangers OP r things from the pass how 1 guy said 1.9 Aion version.

 

Nice... well... MR right now is the TOP fashion... everybody is using that...even templars and glads.

And about the 50% vs %50%, thats a big problem my friend.

its like fighting to a sorcerer that can kill u with 1 hit... and has a damage resist of a templar. Whos gonna win?

If u are plaing on siel ... ye then i understand you . But this not a reason to nerf a class ...

 

I played several years with ranger, 2 retail and 1 gamez aion. My experience can only talk about the ranger is the worst class in the game. In retail could kill at least sorcers, glads and other class, but be realistic in gamez aion is impossible if you measure you use vs someone who knows their class.

I have 4 days playing with my new Sorcer, and I can only say that it is amazing, apart from enduring more damage than my ranger, my damage is unusual, and my cast speed is faster than the speed of the ranger attack. Besides I have dodge 2 hits, root, sleep, mr super op for resist all silence from rangers, super ma, open your eyes.....................

With my ranger in 3 years , I could not win 1vs1 , with my sorce won all classes with absolute superiority.

Finally I realized how easy it was to change to sorcer and be invincible.

 

You can kite temps you know...it's hard with these dumb mr rates and stupid when they get close since bp is bugged, but it's possible.

 

Nop.. i play Lumiel... but how can i kill sorcs if i use MAcc and i dont reach the 2k and the Sorcs with MR have more than 2.3k, the only opportunity that has a ranger vs Sorcs is when the Silence, Stuns, Sleeps lands on them. if not better run...

Im not saying to neft a class, just to put some Caps, i think Macc and MR need Cap, u see sorcs with more than 3k Macc, who can stop that? and templar if im not wrong with more than 2.8k of MR, whos gonna hit that?

 

Are you sure you sorcers die so easy?, In my opinion are able to withstand much more than a ranger, because of its multitude of skills such as illusion, stone skin, boon of iron clad, teleport, super mr ... ............... and much more.

And on his attack, massive sleep, roots, superdamage ,......... area Attacks and more and more .....

The only good thing for ranger is mauform, to run and escape, the rest is crap, my opinion is not only that, several friends of mine who have switched ranger to sorcer think the same, but people are blinded with their rangers.

This "Random Damage" thing the rangers got with the recent update is a pain in the a$$ for us sorcs...
I saw some guy dealing 4k+ damage on an abg sorc... and guess , that was with stunning or stumbling shot.. something like that , i forgot which skill it was.. it was not a strong skill like agonizing arrow..
If they do 2-3 crits in a row , we are freekills.
Ranger is a good class , expecially when u know how to kite others.. (Run and shoot)
And the last time i played , using silence arrow/soul freeze was not waking others up from sleep. If it's still working that way , it means that if you time your skills , with the sleeping arrow you can beat sorcs easier than before.

Of course that's just my opinion (that rangers now are stronger than before , not sorcs)

ps: I heard stone skin isn't working atm. If that's true.. 2 criticals and a normal hit will be enough to kill us ><
