[Lumiel]Colored Fragments

So this material is a requirement for crafting in Lumiel and I've been seeing people selling craft results(ex. Master Carved Chef Dipper)

I've looked and searched for it now that Asmodians have conquered the south fortress.

Inggison and Gelkmaros Forts only sell white and green. I asked my friend and he says that in retail one race must conquer the opposing map say Asmodian conquers Inggison fortress to get the other two.

Is this the same in Gamez?

 

I think so but if you want mc fragments moobs in Abyssal Splinter drops all colors

We killed Dayshade but he dropped only FA stuffs, but there's this strange fragment thing that appeared but we can't loot it. And it's dead.

edit: Someone on elyos lFG was shouting selling 20 red and blue fragments... I keep on wondering how he got it..
