yeah some classes have really low dmg, i think here is problem with physical def.... like glads/templars have imba def...

y because 99% of the mr users don't have socket mr in 2 or 3 peaces but in full set + mccg glasses it's 2.2k+ mr and rangers based ma is 1.2k

Yeah, I can understand Temps having Imba defense, but not Glads, seeing that they can pretty much tank as good as Temps. Also, I'm pretty sure WoS should only parry 10 hits o.e Correct me if I'm wrong. And I meant the extra 100 Macc helps for those who don't socket MR. Like before with 1.1k Macc, I was unable to stun through people who didn't even socket MR :\

The only thing that piss me off is block / parry = 0 dmg ...

if Ever they FIX the MACRO of 2 ABG SET... then i can do full Control by my 2 ABG leather set
which have the other kind of Manastone.. 1 mr SET and my Damage SET ^^.

I tried to control this sorcer as well as i can...but doesn't work.I didn't even try to put traps...i know what occurs when I put them now... ^^

So you can see on the video, even a noob sorcer can kill a ranger now.
i'm not saying baranella is a noob, but...
well, he didn't even try to control me.
(he didn't need tho...like he didn't need to put his mr buff to resist everything...)


I would say, rangers are not op/not nerfed on gamez aion.
but there are some problems with mr/stuns-snare-silence-sleep formula for this class...IMO...

A ranger basing his playstyle only on his dps can't really understand the problem,
because the dps is correct (Still not retail-like at all, but decent).
but for a ranger basing his playstyle on controls...there is a problem.:kissing:

And that's why there is a communication problem beetween ppl,
wich create dried/non-sensed/flaming/non-constructive discussions on this forum, about rangers.

many players get wiped by "dps rangers" (agonizing/hybrid tree, representing 75% of us), so they find rangers OP and want them to be nerfed to have a chance to survive against them when they come out from hide while being full buffed.

on the other side, we have "control rangers" (lightning tree+non-whorish playstyle),
basing their pvp on stuns/silence/traps/sleep skills, who don't understand why ppl want to nerf their class...when they already feel being nerfed cuz of the low dps of this tree and the current mr bugs occuring on this server.




I don't cry...that's only what i wanted to add to my post.
And now, i think, most of ppl should talk more constructively on this forum, to get finally, rid of these annoying bugs.
In the end, "This is just a game" we all want to get fun with.

PS: I don't talk for SIEL players...
PS 2: PLZ don't say me "put MA stones on your build" there is already a thread about rangers' build...you can check there, why MA is useless on a ranger.
PS 3: you should know the skills i used(and their effect) to judge completely this video.

Imo this game has become a game of "Magic Resist vs. Magic. Accuracy" and I'm not liking it at all.

i think ranger is fine.
cleric is having problem atm. their servants wont hit cus they have very low base MA. even when the cleric use MA set which can hit up to 2300 MR, their servants still wont hit. and when they use MA set, their MR is low. easy to die even with healing ability.
and cleric have to raise their MA more than b4 to hit MR user now.
maybe cleric should stick to healing rather than DPS

 

That is ALWAYS true (for group pvp).
Sadly 90% of the Lumiel clerics are dps / solo clerics

 

OH You... "think" hum ok...rangers' MA formula isn't fine at all. as i said (probably you didn't read my post),
dps rangers are fine because they don't count that much on their controls...
rangers like me (lightning tree) have a real pain in the ass to play now on this server.
