on-topic: I dont know. I just experiment and eat. My experiments are sometimes successful >.<, sometimes not

 

One of my favorite things to cook is Carbonara (<3 uehara for mentioning it), that or tortellini sometimes. I usually experiment a lot in my cooking and add random things but it turns out amazing. My favorite is putting cream of mushroom in a carbonara dish and it turned out as a sort of bacon, chicken & mushroom alfredo casserole (not precisely but thats my best way to describe it).

Lately though I've been experimenting with smoothies for summer. About 2 weeks ago I made a sort of mini apple cobbler in a way. I made a pie crust to fit a simple coffee mug and then made a smoothie out of bananas, cinnamon and apple sauce - weird ingredients maybe, but it was amazing. Finally I topped it with some cooked apple slices, caramel and a bit more cinnamon. It was probably the most calories I've had in a smoothie in my life, but apples are about my favorite thing in the world so I couldn't give 2 shits, it was amazing.
