    when you make character you can edit it, or chaging your appearance using plastic surgery.

    you can do it in character appearance screen, go Advance Settings.

    yeh i know that but some ppl have it smaller than u can do it in advanced settings

    To get super tiny, slide all your sliders to the left :D

    lol, what's in advance settings are all it. what your seeing are optical illusion, there are some proportions that makes the char longer/smaller but really they are all the same.

    even the camera settings that your in would make a difference.
