    go to http://crystalaion.com/ > UserCP > Ban System

    if theres no reason for your ban then go to the link in my signature, New Ban Appeal System

    and make a ban appeal from the directions there

    Onyl reason I said ban appeals... is because 95% of people that use it need a refresher of what they had done at the time.

    Nothing in ban logs with her account. I unbanned her ingame - if she still isnt able to access the game, it means she was banned by an Admin. Let me know, thanks.
