    ahahaha i am the first in post in this new thread, i want a solution like 5 or more motnhs.... i put money.. and lose the item i want... nobody care of it... no one of the admin help me... the staff sucks... and the help too.. the game still the worts... i only want a solution to my problem, and no get anything...

    1. NOT a missing item. Missing 1000 Credits from 200$ bonus package purchase. Lucky Wings was charged for more than 2000 credits after purchase. Can check your records if needed. Total caculated as proven in screen shot - only 23000 credits total was used, yet i have 150 left from the vote.

    2. Missing 2625 Credits from 25$ bonus package purchase. -> EDIT: Credits were delayed for 25$ purchase, recieved now. Thanks! Still having issue #1 though.

    I'd like this sorted out tonight. I don't expect to have to do this kind of thing every time I donate coincidentally when the server is having a hiccup. I payed for a product that was delivered and then after the server rolled back 2 min later it was gone. I want it back ASAP and I would appreciate quick service. Only reason I say this is because I see quite a few posts that don't seem as if they've had their problem solved. Not questioning how things are run here just concerned; please put these concerns to rest ^_^

    Thank you for taking the time to read and address my request. !!!!OVER 2 WEEKS LATER!!!! After coutless PMs in game and on Forums to AMs and finally, FINALLY the mighty Alente actually responds for a change with a brief "Talk to Carl about it, you're wasting your time talking to anyone else."(Cliff Notes version) Now I'm not posting this to rag on Alente, however I would like to have Gamez redo the initial post that Bella made about contacting any of the AMs when its completely inaccurate info according to Alente. This will save people a lot of time and frustration. I will be trying to contact "Carl" now.
