TAMs give infracts now?

Why do we hire moderators then? |:

 

They took that ability away from the Trainee's back when I was an AM o:. Must have re-added it or something recently.

when i was amt i had no power on forums and could own few commands, and now they have almost same power as ams and can do a lot things on forums as well

 

nothing new, about infraction i got tons of it. some are for non sense reasons.

Well when some of us are at work we like to lurk the forums for people that are doin things they are not suppose to. Think of it sort of as a second helping hand

 

Nonsense thread is nonsense.

Trainees are members of staff, just like regular AMs, just like Senior AMs, Just like Moderators, so are allowed to infract in order to enforce the forums' rules.

If you feel there's a further problem, feel free to PM me and I'll do what I can to look into it.

 

Imo should just hire more moderators. We have enough AMs pretending to be mods.

There's specific staff for specific areas. Should pay more attention in-game, and hire more mods.

Am's pretending to be Mods? Excuse me but Am's are also Mods in Game Sections. We dont only help in game we also help in forums thats why we have some Mod's power.

And didn't know what an TAM was... now i know its AMT.

 

And AM's are supposed to moderate forums as well as in-game. Part of the job

 

Well its your opinion. There is always a staff feedback if you believe anyone is doing a bad job. I dont see how anyone is pretending to be a mod, because apparently I am ^_^

 

That's splitting attention. More resourceful if specific staff are paying attention to specific areas. That's kinda how it's supposed to work. But a lot of the staff here fail anyway, so..

 

does it matter what they are ? if a person got an infraction they deserve it. no need to make a useless thread

 

I fail to see the issue, perhaps if the infraction was frivolous or unnecessary this might be worth noting.

Having said that the post you're referring to was about to get infracted by me anyway before I saw a trainee's infraction pop up. I say well done ;p

If you're saying that AMs have better ways to spend their time then yes and no. The post inquestion was in the GamezAion forum which is generally moderated by, ironically, everyone but moderators. People tend to complain when those not working with Aion moderate the Aion forums.
