headache

So , im having this really bad headache for a few hours now...Took pain killers but they failed badly. Even my morphine pills failed.
Any advices on how to make it stop besides taking pills which obviously seem to not have any positive effect ?

I tried 6 Aleve Liquid Gel Asprin didnt work.

Tried a hot shower, sorta worked.

Made it really hot, worked pretty good.

Turned the water SUPER cold right after that, I'm alright now.

 

Well even though this is in the wrong section I'll still reply . Take a shower it will help relax you and then lay down for a bit and try to take a nap. It always helps me.

Just drink a lots of water, it really helps based on my experience.

 

Try to sneak in a little small nap at work maybe? :whistling: no one will ever know ^_^

 

I've heard celery will help :x

 

Try This: (found it on a site)

Take a small amount of water that you can gulp down easily. You might want to sit down because you need to close your eyes.Take a sip of water ,gulp down the water and right when the water has passed down your throat open your eyes real quick you might feel strange after it because the pain may instantly leave.


or Drink a soda in 5 minutes.

Bryne im already drinking water like nuts xD , helped me in some headaches but this one is totally crazy...wont go away no matter what i do

and lol nap at work , no cant do with the phone ringing near my head (very annoying sound >.<)

U usually lay down a little if meds dont do anything and as vil said a bath helps.

You should go home and rest if you feel that bad and the pills didn't do anything.
That's good painkillers too. :>

Are you sleep deprived? Not eating well? If you know what could cause such a horrid headache then that could be the first step to trying to fix it.
