Hello there im a new player ,and when i vote on the website ,i dont recieve anything... im logged on website , i choose server "siel" then i click on each vote,after entered 2 words and click vote i come back on main website... no credits.. no kinah its that a bug? thx

 

Kinah goes to warehouse and if u r logged inside the game while U voted. A relog will do.

 

what is your character name?

 

I get mine after a relog but it takes a while.


Edit: I didn't get any kinah at all today even after relogging.

Hello, just wondering if anyone also had this problem...seems impossible to log onto my account through the Android so I can't vote unless I'm on an actual comp, any way to fix this? Thanks :3

 

Works fine for me, Im also using Android (2.2)
I use the browser Dolphin, that might be the reason.

 

yea u actually have to log into your account now so its not just you jelly. It also is like that on my computer, i can't vote unless I log into my account(which may cause more ppl not to vote since we're already lazy enough xD)

I'm a regular donator(you can confirm paypal and your payment systems records) and donated $10 today, I had $20 credit balance remaining on this VIP account so for a total of $30, I purchased all 3 items within minutes from each other. However, during this time the server went down and just as I was about to login after said purchases. So I couldn't take any pictures in-game. When server finally came up after several hours, when I checked my 3 purchased items are not found.

The 2 costumes are in my online account history(see 1st screen), and the blue merek pet is on 2nd screen.

From this screenshots, it proves I spent quite a lot on this character alone(and I have 5 others).

Sir, I voted and did not get any credits. Is the credit delay or I've been scammed by the system?

 

i haven't gotten any credits for 2 days now

 

We're investigating this however I'd like to know more details.

Voted 12-30 hours ago twice and should have received 100 credits for that but only got 20

I recently just voted an hour ago and luckily it worked this time as I got my full 50 credits from voting

 

i think some one voted already at your place that's why u cant vote

 

They did not say that they cannot vote, but they have not received their credits.
