    hi sir i want to ask some questions about my friends probLem about his account that was banned since Last month his character name is Lazywest , he Log in his account in the website and he cLick/go to banned system , and nothing's appair , :-(

    bans in the new ban system only appear if they got banned throughout the time the new ban system was implanted,since your friend got banned a month ago which is back when we had normal banning nothing will show up in your friend's ban system information

    then its possible that someone besides your friend who plays this server in that cafe shop might have done something against the server's rules and got banned, and since its an ip ban itll affect anyone who plays in there. perhaps if your friend went to play to some other cafe shop problem would be fixed
