GamesAion CrystalAion accounts conflict?

Hello,

I have one bit of an odd issue here, I have checked the whole forum about it but no post seems to have any connection with my problem and I'll have to explain it in boring details so you get the whole picture before implying any suggestions.

I downloaded the game successfully from NCSoft Launcher and sadly updated it to 2.6 ( that was a week ago ) then I found out about the downgrade guide and managed to get into the game.

I have played for 6 days with no issues, got to 55, pvped and had fun, then I thought it was getting pointless to rank up since there are no transformations well anyway I downloaded the CrystalAion launcher and here is what I did :

I installed the launcher and made an account identical to the one I used for GamezAion, ( which could have been my downfall ), well anyway I was unsatisfied with CrystalAion and decided to log back into GamezAion again I uninstalled the CrystalAion launcher, Installed GamezAion one and tried to log in and there started my problem.

At the log in screen after I input my Account and Password it kept telling me "You are already logged on", then I try again and I successfully log in , press on the select server ( or press Enter ) and another message appears
"You have been disconnected from the server".

I then asked a friend to log in from his house using my account details and he logged in successfully.

Should I just reinstall everything , I hate to go to that step before trying anything else, any suggestions?

Oh I have to mention that when I reinstall CrystalAIon launcher I can log in successfully on my characters there.

 

they shouldnt conflict because their technically 2 different aion servers

when the msg that says your already logged on appears wait 15 seconds before logging on at the terms screen wait about 10 seconds then accept

 

I'd usually suggest a repair, but did you do anything else, like updates from another launcher? Also, make another account and try it. If the problem is still there, repair it, if it goes to 2.6 downgrade it again.

 

Usually after it says you're "already logged in" you need to wait like 30 seconds before trying again. If I try logging in right after it'll d/c me again and start the process over.

For me it happens when my internets cuts all of a sudden, but I log in at 2nd attempt. This guy seems to have this problem always.

 

Repaired the client , closed my BattlePing ( as I assumed it was the problem ), downgraded the problem still exists.

My friend is still able to log in from his place, I am not exactly sure what is going on but I believe it is an IP address issue, I don't think I am banned however the server still continues to believe that my character is still there.

It could be that I lost control over the character and he got independent somehow and is living in the shadows of the server plotting some evil scheme to take over? inched:

I'll try reinstalling my client as a last resort.

 

reinstall the directX9 and .NET framework 4 , might help

 

Wow something here is really odd, I did what Dranzell suggested about making a new account and I can log in with it.

What the hell is going on here!?

I still cannot log in my main account! this is really getting weird.

It could be stuck? or something? might have to wait for server restart?

My last resort would be leveling a new guy and transferring my stuff from my main account to the new one with my friend's help.

yeah it can be stuck , fot that u have to make an unstuck request on Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server and dont try to log it till a server restart

 

Update :

I can log in with my new account in Lumiel only but not siel , the game works perfectly fine over there.

Any explanations?

 

I hope it gets fixed, I highly doubt its stuck since my friend can log in on both characters fine, while I cannot reach the character selection screen.

Still cannot connect to siel , only to lumiel , nothing changed since yesterday.
