Haha, I would write down the links I sent ya(rather write down the computer parts), and just go to a computer shop w/ your computer and ask if your mother board would support the parts.

Edit: heading out for now, you can PM me if you need help with anything.

    Good luck.

AGP is the old slot used for graphics cards D:
It won't work with the 'newer' cards.

You're better off buying a new motherboard.

And on that note, go for something like, an AMD 880gm motherboard (with onboard graphics) + a cheap cpu.
This way, you can still play games (on low settings for now) while you save up some money to get a graphics card.
(You can also do this with intel, but their older integrated graphics suck balls)

^ Also with that, it wouldn't be pushing your psu, so you could probably re-use the psu you have now whilst you save up some more money :)

    Hmm..
So , just go to a computer shop and ask if my mother board would support the parts of the links, right?
I do not think because I think that at least the graphics card does not fit here. Because I have an AGP slot and that graphics card is DVI / VGA. I think it is.

    x.x

EDIT: My motherboard is an ASRock. :/

Like what therealpersonic said. Your MOBO dosent support any GPU that's on the market now. You will have to change it. They are all using PCI-E slots.

Yup, I think AGP is the oldest.
    I need a new one m8.

Tomorrow I will take a look in second-hand shops near me. But I think I will not find a good Motherboard in second-hand.

    Right? <.<"

Anyways, thank you very much all :3

I need to go sleep now. So, I will take a look in the Thread tomorrow.

    Take care all (;

From your original post you are looking for only CPU/GPU/RAM/HDD

Please do NOT use onboard graphics.

For dirt cheap you can get a good CPU and MOBO for just 153 pounds
    Asus M4A87TD EVO + AMD X4 955

And a Very good GPU for 136 pounds
    Palit GTX 560

for Rams you can get cheap and good ones for 41 pounds
Kingston HyperX SE 1600MHz CL 4GB

For HDD you can get a good one for 56 pounds
    Western Digital 1TB (Caviar Black)

Total is 386 pounds all first hand. This is converted off the currency rate in my country so prices may differ in yours. This will be able to handle almost every game you throw at it at max settings.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: you are using a 32 bit OS. 32 bit OS cannot recognize more 4GB of RAM. Please do not waste your money.Do not listen to people telling you to get 8GB or even 16 GB.

On some cases, it'd be better if they ran off onboard for a while.

Like, take for example, if they get the cpu and mobo (get the 880 series with the onboard, practically the same, just doesn't oc AS GOOD) then they can game on AION with low-medium settings without too many problems.
This will also be better for their existing psu (which, if they went with the 560, would probably explode 8D).
As for the HDD, go for the samsung f3, same performance as the WD cav black, but like, $30AUS cheaper rofl.
As for the ram, just get the CHEAPEST, ram makes no difference in terms of speed, unless you are a hardcore oc'er, which I highly doubt Raptorz is.

You're right on the first hand items being better though, I'd only ever buy second hand if I couldn't raise the money or if I trusted the seller.

tl;dr Don't buy a new psu or gpu just yet (if you're planning on buying new) get a motherboard and cpu first. Save some money and THEN buy a gpu.

The Samsung F3 only has 32MB cache while the WD has 64MB. Kingston rams were the cheapest I can think of.
And its easy to satisfy a GTX 560. A 550W PSU would do just fine, a decent (80 PLUS) PSU would cost around 45 pounds.

Gotta remember though, Raptorz is from Portugal. Might be harder to find the parts at that price, who knows, could be cheaper.

Btw, benchmarks on the F3 vs the Black show that they trade blow for blow. The difference really is negligible. Don't get me wrong though, I'm a WD fan, got the black myself :)
Once again, I'm just going off the price.

Still, I was just saying, at bare minimum, I'd start with the mobo + cpu.

I do have a Phenom x2 3.0ghz, and in comparison to an Intel dual of about 2.8, 2.9 x2, it's worse.

    Okei, thankis m8. :D

I have here a " old " PC that is much better than mine..

and when I have my time, I will post here the Specs of that PC.

But I think I only need to change the Graphic Card on that PC, coz I think the Processor is Dual Core , so it's okay. ^^

You need a higher end cpu to be able to play aion lag free.

Ah, I see, how are you testing it against the other cpu? :c

Anyway, Phenom's only really shine once they're past a certain point. Mine flies past 3.6ghz (I have mine at 3.8)

So I guess, if at stock, then the Intel may be better.

    Yup I know.

In few hours I gonna download and install Aion in my other computer. ( Is not the new one! )

I think Aion will have a bit of less lagg coz my other computer have Dual Core ( I guess :/ ), so if I buy a new Graphic Card ( My current MoBo is f*cking old x.x is an AGP ) I think i can play withut ay laggs.

So, my other computer is a little better than my current PC, coz the MoBo is most recent ( PCI-2 or PCI-E , I really dunno. ) so I can put a GFX Card most , most recent then mine.
