Shadowburst/Lightburst

Heyooo , Just to you guys know , I'm rolling a sorc now , And , I am suggesting to nerf shadowburst/lightburst damage. It's super OP. I mean , Today i was on abyss , with my sorc , A full legion came to me , Like 6 guys , I killed them all , Then a random SM came , Fear 12 secs , A sorc came , Full buffs , Shadowburst , 9k , I was like , Orly?

I was using only the casting speed buff to kill 'em. Srsly , When are you guys getting some skill ? What ever.

I am suggesting to nerf shadow/lightburst. As lots of persons already suggested , But no one does nothing 'bout it.

Im sure dev's are looking into this. If you really want to help and get them nerfed I would suggest providing retail like damage to compare to our server. Do the same as with the Knockdown situation, players provided retail videos and proof of knockdown procs and it got fixed pretty fast.

 

i love those skill when im getting killed with my glad <3 an asmo officer shadowburst me ( a rank 7 soldier XD)

 

Or when ur lvling up a twink and a n00b sorc shadowbursts me(at lvl 36...........) for like 12k dmg.

well its fine for a 1hr CD. they should make glads wratful wave into instant 6 kill AoPoE enemy. in that the game is balance : )

 

I don't know if I will agree, not that I always rely on Lightburst, but because it's a skill with a casting time and 1hr CD. It's not like a Sorcerer can pew pew people with the same skill every 5minutes?? But oh well. Whatever! They will know what to do and how to fix it if we make things easier for them as well, than make a thread commanding people to fix it because we simply said things verbally without backing it up. I'll go on what GraveXD said.

 

Roll a sorc, Lumiel them, and if more come, DP Jelly + SB.

 

I honestly don't care about Lightburst/Shadowburst.
I usually use those skills on the first player crossing my path when I'm about to log out of game and sleep or go somewhere, otherwise I barely even use it.

 

On retail it's pretty nerfed, never seen it 1 shot someone on retail.

well in retail, theres not much sorc running around full abg geared and with full dp and scrolls and like....so pls dont compare retail here since this is a private server and should be different or more different than in retail...cos if were the same, what the hell do we transfer in private server in the first place???? getzzz???

 

lol i've seen a group of sorcs kill a hero mob in 10 seconds, they all used it then inferno, glacial shard and so forth (it was a balaur mob) insane amount of damage in like 10 seconds
