    Hey community,

    i want to know whether VIP is worldwide , so every group member have VIP rates as long as I'm the leader of the group , or not ??

    lol, I usually grouped VIPs in Sanctum to increase drop rates on manastones in Inggi (When I was elyos). That was 2.1 tho.
