Instant disconnect problem upon log-in PPL with similar problems plz post here

I have a highly unusual problem, the moment i login with my main char it gets 'disconnected from server' http/img345.yukle.tc/images/5251ai...809-064927.png
I tried everything possible even sent an 'unstuck' request & the char was moved somewhere else,but the prob. stayed the same it stubbornly CAN'T login. (btw other chars can login fine, even the other one in the same account, no problems there)
Please help me , i don't know what to do this is my main char & leader of a legion i NEED this char.

I simply cannot log in with these chars & out of the blue it happened (both started after the last unexpected crash today).I have two installations of AION on 2 different drives & exactly the same thing with both chars happen with both of them.So the prob. seems to be strictly server-sided (other chars work just fine)

PLZ to Admin or Tech staff: CAN YOU FIX THESE CHARS i have spent nearly two months building them (especially the Legion Leader) & all my Kinah & items are in this char!

that happened to me, and i moved my bin32, l10n, and deleted the gamez launcher, let the ncsoft launcher repair it all, then reinstall the gamez launcher, that fixed it for me

 

ı'm doing exactly the same thing right now..but i don't think it's going to work, because i have other chars & they work just fine , no problems at all..
Besides i have two working AION installations on 2 different drives & both do the same thing (those chars can't log-in but other chars work fine.
btw it happens PAST the char select screen when the char should appear in the game, the chars seem to be messed-up server-side.

 

same for me, i could play all my characters except my chanter (my main) all my others were fine, i did what i said, and it worked

 

well i am doing it right now with one of my installations lol, i hope it works, (i am no beginner i know what to do with client side probs but this SEEMED to be server-sided)
Did you mean you deleted the GamezAion.exe or did you go fishing for all modified files by gamezlauncher (i think those would be overwritten anyway by the repair)

I did the above described procedure, even logged in without applying the patch ( only copied over gamez launcher & d3dx9_38.dll) DOESN't work i get this stubborn instant dc all the time & the other char isn't fixed either. Why does the game server instantly kick my char upon entry ( http://img345.yukle.tc/images/5251aionb-20100809-064927.png ) is it possible that it has an accidental ban or something, graphics are ok, just the char is disconnected immediately. I don't understand this. As can be seen on the pic the char is in poeta, i have sent an unstuck request &it has been 'saved' & placed in poeta.lol

PS: i'm doing a major 878.7 MB repair now & if that one doesn't work than it HAS to be a server-sided problem..i don't know if anyone will try to fix it then, my char seems doomed

 

ur character isnt in the ban logs, im not sure whats wrong, srry my way didnt help u

 

If it was serverside it would be affecting a lot more people. Currently your the only one reporting this.
I have no power to do anything about live problems on the gamez server anyway. Have to talk to GM's.

Could it be that during the crash my char was in a bugged spot & got deleted! (only my char mind you..it can't load , doesnt show in profile & all other items work & they show)
ALL stats (HP MP etc.) are zero, & my assassin shows as 'Warrior'.! LOL it means all items can load (they do load because they work) BUT my char cant load at all.. nothing there ...zero...

 

Kinda weird that your stats don't show, are you currently updated to the latest aion version?

Or did it kick it off before you loaded?, mehhh.

 

I already had the latest AION version , but updated & repaired nevertheless.. the items load, just the char seems not to exist.!

 

now.. for a short time before the last crash, as the server was half-crashed & TP & some mobs didn't work my char initialized ok..as if nothing happened..could walk around,everything worked (except TP) but after the server went back up , it returned to the bugged state..this seems to be because of some patch or something the server normally is running, it stopped just before the crash & the char came back..The problem definitely seems to be server-side.
I really don't know what to do..any ideas?

Try doing another repair to restore retail and download the new launcher that was just updated a day or two ago. It's 1.3mb i believe. The old one had some issues that were taken care of.

Sir, I DON'T use the Launcher at all, i use the .bat file...But i'll do a brand new install with all 8+ Gb & all then install new launcher etc.. then there would be no question about the error being server-side right?

 

I use the .bat file as well and never had any issue's before (considering when I manually input the correct IP after the server moved...).
