Event Idea's

This is impossible to do unless a HGM is online. SAMs need HGM approval to spawn something of this sort to happen.... but not sure if this is doable. We had this suggested before but it didn't work out due to spawning NPCs and such..

 

Still wouldn't work as we already have an event called Protect The Commander which is just like what was described above.

 

Yeah this could be done. We could use stallari or Dux transformation for more hp ^_^

Make a point "A" and point "B" . And port for Example 10 elyos to point "A" and 10 Asmos to point "B" a Gm "with normal Hp" should be at one of any points and the other race should defend him untill he reach to other point . It's only a suggestion thou

 

Oh yeah, Countertroll that would definitly be fun then. I will have to look into that one. Sounds like it would be a funny event

Legion vs Legion:

Legions will sign up using the format provide to battle a legion of there choice.. A SS will need to be provided of both legion agreeing or legions aware they are being duel, etc.. We can do 5v5, 10v10, 15v15, 20v20... Each legion must have all the players online in order to do this event.. Have it last 6 wks, and the best legion of the 6wks.. well get a special prize... ( only those who've participated will get the prize, so yes names will be jotted down to be fair).

GMs vs Players:

3-5 GMs vs 3-5 players of the opposing faction battle it out .... this can last 3wk to 6wks and ones who defeat us the most wins and gets a special prize...

 

The Legion V Legion thing sounds good!
Have it be like a 2-3 week tournament style event.

The only thing that is iffy is all the trash talking and drama that will come out of it XD

 

Well yea, but we can squash it, as they volunteered to do the event. And that can be in the rules too. Anyone who participates is not allowed to start drama by saying "my legion kicked your legions butt". Thats immature.

 

Event name: Where is it?

Mechanics:
-Multiple or one host GM can take a picture of a scene with their toon in it.
-Post it on the forum.
-Players try to find where you took that picture at and need to take an exact or nearly identical picture with their toon also in it.

Event name: Class Championships

Mechanics:
-It’s probably still existing in the staff section hopefully, but this is to see who is the best of 8 classes.
-Sign ups in the forum and they will need to duel each other with witness of a GM or solid proof.
-Each person will duel every person registered on the list from their own race.
-The one with the most wins goes into the finals and duel the opposing faction’s best.
-There will be 8 winners for each class and will take quite a while for the signed up players to become the champion (perhaps more than 1 week for everyone to duel each other).
-Rules:
-The host can choose what each person gets to wear (everyone has to wear the same equips).
-No pots or buffs/scrolls and etc are allowed unless it is from your own class and toon.
-Must duel on the ground, no flying and etc.

Event name: The Last Warrior

Mechanics:
-Teleport a certain amount of people (10-30 from each faction) to a compressed map.
-Similar to faction vs faction, but the one with the most kills is the winner regardless if they died or not.
-Cooperation or solo-ing is the players choice, but if your whole race dies, it will be harder to win.

The point is to reward only the winner, no one else.

Event name: Single Hunter

Mechanics:
-No one is allowed to be in a group.
-This is suppose to be a non-zerg PVP event.
-GM teleports the participating players (1-10 from each faction) to a not too big map.
-Players are teleported to different starting locations in the map (GM decides where for each person), so no one is grouped close together to form a zerg or perhaps anyone caught double teaming is automatically DQed.
-It is highly recommended that if you see someone already fighting to hunt for someone else to preserve time.
-It is ok if you accidentally first hit with someone else on the same person, but if you kill them double teaming, it is an automatic DQ.
-If you interfere with one of the fights, you are also DQed.
-There is no rest, so once you finish off someone, you can easily be jumped/killed.
-The one with the most kills is the winner.

Event name: Defend Your Base

Mechanics:
-The setting will be at the sky bridge map place, the one with a lot of bridges (forgot what it was called).
-There will be two groups or however many it takes to have one single person per bridge.
-There will be two kisks on each bridge and evenly distanced.
-The third kisk will be behind the doors where the defender of the bridge will spawn from their kisk.
-The point is to not let any of your kisks be taken down, so if you die, the other person can easily take your kisk down, so you better hurry and spawn to kill them and do the same to them.
-After you have taken all three kisks down along with the person who was suppose to defend their bridge, you are allowed to move to any single bridge to help a teammate.
-The race who successfully defends their base and wipes out the opponents is the winner.
-You are prohibited from helping a teammate out until you finish off your bridge.

Of course, do whatever you want to improvise the event.

 

Arena is bugged.

 

We already did this event as normal event[Untouched, Unfavored and Me] and it was fun and different.

 

Defend your base is too similiar to a faction raid...

Single hunter sounds cool, although would need more then one gm...

The last warrior is going to be hard to keep track of. Requires a lot of looking at logs and jotting down names.

Class championship is no longer around but to tweak that event a lil more... have each player of both classes having nothing on but there weapon( ex: tome, polearm, greatsword, orb, bow)... Make it more interesting, then players cant say " of course he beat me, his gear is better then mine"...

But with a different Boss. Like Sematariux or Veille [yes required an HGM but it could be an special event only for weekends] and the prize could be the loot and some other items. And as it could be an weekend event only would need 2 AM's/SAM's One for each faction to control the alliance and being the lider [to avoid ninjas and all that] and the HGM to spawn the NPC's.

Bella, here's why Defend Your Base is not a faction vs faction raid.

The goal of asmo 1 is to take down the red dots (kisks) along with elyos 1. However, just to tweak it a bit, you are allowed to help out asmo 2 (the person next to you) and take down elyos 2 and the kisks.. So you can leave your bridge to help asmo 2 or the rest of your team before you take down elyos 1 bridge, but elyos 1 can also take down your entire bridge. So some strategy might be involved.

Remember if you die by helping your teammates out and also have your kisk destroyed, you can't spawn anymore, so your teammates' chances of winning is very slim.

I suppose it requires a lot more improvisation, but I don't see how it is a faction vs faction.

Well intereting event is for each race in arena! its called russian rulete! like 15 plyers sit in line and GM chose player he type roll if he get under 50 he get nuked by GM and lose event and liek that till last stays

 

Arena its bugged and its really hard to make players to listen to you.
