    u do know the witch hat u just do a repeat quest 4 times and u get it ? u wont get 10% silence for it =)

    go steal rake and talk with the shugo outside. he has a quest called flower power. do it and he gives u groggies in return (20)
    u need 80 for witch hat. so u take 4 of ur char and do it. the quest takes less then 5 min to do. so in 20 min u have ur self a witch hat. the same shugo u get quest from sells the items.

    teirunerks cap
    takes way longer since u need to do a repeat quest 30 times. better stats. but no one usses the original teirunerks cap, they skin it so better to do flower power and get the green version.
