    If you record a 2-3 hour video in which the group is agreeing that they will share the loot and then he ninjaloots everything and logs out , perhaps we can punish him..

    Just don't do instances with ungeared people. Ask from well-geared people to assist you , they won't need anything from the instances.

    There is nothing that GMs can do about this. Make sure you are pt'ing only with people that you trust. It's one of the reasons why it's good to join a legion.

    Never group with him again
    Post in LFG chat what he did and politely ruin this guy's reputation
    Take a ss of the deed and post in forums his ingame name his alts names and his forumname if known But again i advise u to be "matteroffactly" and not flaming
    Find ppl u can trust to be as Raid leaders...Choose well dressed ppl(they tend to ninja less allthough this is not a rule of thumb)
    Run the istance again pretending that by a twist in space and time u play in a x25 and not a x50 server.

    party with friends or your legion teammates.. and as petro said don't invite newbie ppl with sucky gear wich will steal everything (mostly non english pinoy players. no offence but it's the harsh truth)
