    Whenever Carl wakes up as stated in the OP, we have no idea when that will be sadly.

    They should give an GM living in another timezone (For example GM+1) permission to reboot the server.

    It seems to happen only when Carl is asleep? :')

    Yeah I agree. They should give you more permissions. It's easy to do (if you can't, please tell us why). Player support all day long is very important considering your server is open to every timeline alive.
