Update 2.5 -> 2.6 issue

Ok, I was not exactly sure how I was supposed to request help for solving this problem.
I have tried updating version 2.5.0.5 to 2.6.0.0 5 times already and every time it updates, at around 95%~98% upon completing, the update resets and starts all over again from the beginning 1/3Aion_main_2.5.0.5To2.6.0.0.ncpatch. is there a specific cause for this happening?

Also, is a manual patch from 2.5.0.5 to 2.6.0.0 available?

happens to me several times and so i downloaded aion client from torrents

 

so basically... I have to redownload the whole client from scratch? T_T

 

Try to repair the client from nc soft launcher first ,then update it

 

Thanks for the advice... but... apparently i cannot find any "repair" options for my aion...? right-click, and there is no option.

thank you for the alternate post. however nope, not my ncsoft launcher. there is no "consistency check" option on my launcher. hmmm does this mean that i have to redownload the whollee (like 15~20gb) aion from scratch ? T_T

 

that means you havent instaled aion trough nc soft launcher so yes you need to reinstall it

,,reinstall just the ncsoft launcher mate..no need to reinstall the whole thing..right click on the aion tab then go settings..make sure that it goes to where ur aion directory is..

 

try to move ur aion folder in to ur ncsoft folder...see if that works...

Japa's on Crystal therefore he should be able to connect.

Check for the aion.bin location registered at launcher (under Properties), make sure ncsoft launcher is running as Administrator, try and update then cancel it when it starts downloading, close launcher, start launcher again, then repair option should be there.

I'm not expert about this stuff, but i had to copy/paste aion client to 3 machines, so i had to try several methods to make the client work properly.
